Shock rifle is indeed a dumb weapon. If not an insane aim assist on controller, it would completely suck.

I want Shroud to like Halo so much. His aim on M&K would be a wonder to watch with other competitive players.

He’s right about the bland feeling. Especially with the bandit. While I like the bandit, I’d love it if it the shots felt more impactful I think they should add some sound effect for getting that last headshot and better hit detection sound

What's weird is during the HCS broadcast over the weekend all the sounds FX were "new" and sounded more punchy and impactful. I hope that's included in the Mar 19 update. The bandid actually had this nice, punchy, quick thump.

@@cocopuffz604 I think that's because of the audio peaking from the large speakers in the venue, it gets caught up in the mics they have for casters and stuff as far as I can tell, making it sound way louder and punchier than normal

@@idraolss I thought so. Too bad because it sounds fantastic. Lol. I've been trying to EQ the game but it ends up making everything else sound muddy. I wish I could edit the sounds I the game without having to learn game compression formats etc... That rifle sounds so good.

Mnk players don’t like halo cause it turns into a different game while playing on mnk, it’s as simple as that. The neat part about halo was always being close, rotating and positioning in good spots, securing power weapons and using the entire sandbox. It was like dancing on a chess board. Now it’s just dmr run and shoot.

I love shroud and get he’s played mnk tac shooters his whole life and he doesn’t know how to feel about halo but stop calling it a terrible game simply cause he won’t attempt to understand it or it’s not his thing

Shroud was a competitive player who played on Cloud 9 on Counter Strike : Global Offensive (CS:GO). He also played and streamed a bunch of Player Unknowns : Battlegrounds (PUBG) and made a name for himself as one of the all time best PUBG players of all time. He is a fantastic shooter that has been playing on mouse and keyboard almost all his life.

Why is everyone talking down on this guy lol. He doesn't even play halo and I bet he'd dump on most of you.

@@RRagan He is bad compared to most shooters he plays otherwise and again, has some of the worst takes ive ever seen. Ive watched him play and summit has to hard carry him most games. Ive personally never seen him do good. He usually does bad, gets upset, talks bad about the game, then says he will never play it again, then leaves. At least in ranked

Exactly- most world class exclusive CS:GO/Valorant type players would come to halo and be extremely average. The same goes for halo kids going over to those games. Those two styles do not translate well. Halo/COD/Overwatch/Apex/Gears translates well with the peak Halo players being able to transition well into any of those

@@galacticrelic258 no there is rotational aim assist on mnk. rotational aim assist AND bullet magnetism is much weaker on mnk compared to controller
