I use garlic chive and bok choy it grows wild here...and make pork ones and a few shrimps.

Walk into any large Asian store. You'll see chcken bouillon powder, ex. Knorr's in very large containers made specifically for that market. Ir's a great flavor enhancer. Find one without MSG or palm oil and give it a try. It adds a ton of flavor to vegetarian soups, stir fries, casseroles, and much mote.

So many Asian recipes call for chicken powder, this is one item that gives Asian food it’s distinct flavor profile that we all crave! MSG is also necessary for proper umami flavor! Google MSG and discover why people were told that MSG is bad for you and the the actual facts about ingesting MSG.
