A delicious sandwich with Mexican-flavored shrimp and avocado.
I put onion sauce on it and it was even more delicious.

*** Measurements are on a scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp) (not a measuring spoon)
[1 Sandwich / Serves 1~2 people]
✤ Ingredients
- 2 Sandwich Bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 Tomato
- Lettuce
- 6-7 Prawn
✤ Shrimp Seasoning
- 3g (1.5tsp) Paprika powder
- 1g (1tsp) Cumin powder
- 7g (1Tbsp) Lemon juice
- 7g (1Tbsp) Olive oil
- 2 Pinches of salt
✤ Onion Sauce
- 30g (2Tbsp convexly) Chopped onion
- 2 Pinches of salt
- 7g (1Tbsp) Vinegar
- 60g (3Tbsp convexly) Mayonnaise
- 20g (1Tbsp) Chopped pickles
- 3g (1tsp) Sugar

- Onion sauce can be refrigerated for 1 week.

If I need my shrimp to stay flat and not curl, I put a toothpick through them and fry them, remove after they are cooked :) Thank you for the recipy, looks great!

@@santiagomaldonado5671 no sé si estas siendo hipócrita o tonto, pero es obvio que los que siguen este canal, y la persona dueña del canal, no son de habla hispana, lo mejor es poner el comentario en un idioma ampliamente conocido, como lo es el inglés, para que las otras personas y quien es dueño del canal lo entienda más fácilmente... Espero que sea más hipocresía que ignorancia. Hay muchos comentarios aquí de latinos que están en inglés por que es lo más lógico de hacer... Otra cosa, que alguien sea de nacionalidad Mexicana no significa que hable español, pudo haber nacido en México o ser de familia Mexicana y vivir en E.E.U.U. desde muy temprana edad, allá hay mucho latino que no habla nada de español.
