I done a few different workout routines starting after our season ended in December, I focused mostly on full body workouts on a 4 day split, the most important were Bench, Squat, and Deadlift/Power clean then some smaller and auxiliary lifts like dumbbell curls, lat pulldowns, military press, etc. You could just go to google and search full routines, If you do, I'd go to Stack.com

Love the work out. just need more heavy compound and multi-joint lifts and you should see major improvement, or try some Olympic lifts with a person that has done them for a long time

+JASON H and some lifts you should be doing are clean and jerk, incline press and decline bench so you can get that leverage for getting under pads and ripping off a block to make big plays!

I'd come in the mornings before school started at around 6:00 , or at night after practice to do workouts specifically for squats. Pretty sure its called breathing squats where I'd do 20 reps of 225, and kept raising the weight up every couple days , you can google the workout though. My goal was to get around 450 before July but yeah my injury stopped that

Braden Amorozo being able to squat alot should make you more explosive, jump higher, run faster because of the muscle groups it works with
