I’m so glad that I can dislocate both my shoulders and pop them back in on command as it greatly lessens the pain when they are forcibly dislocated. Happened a few times when I broke a swing on a swing set and the chain caught my arm and pulled it out of place. I popped it back in quickly and was totally fine. Poor guy didn’t have that though.

How does he speak calmly when he’s in pain... I hope he’s alright now.. but damn he so calm

Shaf Lim actually I was very calm when someone hit my car and people at my work were so surprised to see me calm. It is just you realize nothing can be done so you stay calm to help yourself

Shaf Lim He could have been shocked too. I remember when I fractured my wrist in soccer, I just kind of looked at it and took a knee to get out of the game (I thought it was just bruised because it didn’t look broken, it was just really swollen). It didn’t even hurt until I was at the hospital and they told me I needed a cast because that’s when I realized it was a serious injury.

I had a friend who had dislocated her shoulder a few times, and after that it didn't take very much to dislocated it again. Not sure how of her she would (wasnt like it was a monthly thing) but it got to the point where she would should push it back in herself. Point is. Once you dislocate it, it doesn't take much to dislocate again

Judith yea I know, there’s definitely strengthening and things that can be done to lessen the chances though. It’s always going to continue but it can lessen the chances depending on what they do about it

@@L0ctis nah, no exercise can strengthen a dislocated elbow. The only thing you can do, is visit orthopedic doctors. They will install some screw inside you

Once it dislocates once, it's easy to dislocate again if he's not careful. He should be okay after rest and resting it

@fajar loa I don't believe they'd operate on it unless he starts showing severe damage to his bone and muscles. If I remember correctly wasn't this the second time he dislocated his shoulder? It'll have to be a lot more for surgery... The good thing is dislocations hurt like a sunova birch but heal quickly once corrected. I would rather have a dislocation than a break honestly

Seriously, he had dislocated his shoulder before and now it dislocate again. Imagine all the pain he must have felt. And yet he still managed to brave through all his performances during JingleBall Tour. And yall know how hard hitting Monsta X choreography is. I hope his shoulder will heal and Starship would not overwork him

Once you dislocate something it is quite easy to dislocate it again. I know someone who dislocates their shoulder multiple times a year. They just got used to it.

When Shownu is enlisted to serve in the military, I know he will be able to survive. He has great character and personality that could possibly survive the harsh conditions. Not everyone is made for the military. That's why I wasn't surprised that I heard that he was on this show. If he wasn't a dancer/idol, I'm sure he would already be in the military. You are right, many of my friends have already deserted and couldn't bear all the pain and difficulties. Or some of them started to ill because of being like 7 or 10 hours swimming on winter and stuff. So, you better be prepared for everything, that life is not a joke...
