In Ranch Horse classes, what is the current proper attire for the handler? Also, what if your horse has marks from other horses on their body due to turnout playing around?
It seems like she is holding her horse on a short lead. Is that necessary for the judges?

Helps for better looking, control, and stability.
Why does the handler bend down it just doesn't look good?
