Sebji, its from my understanding and experience i think u don't have any underlying sickness or diseases but u should mind ur eating habits like taking too much in anything will distrub your stomach. All the sicknesses starts from what we put inside our body. Have balance diet everyday. Our body signals every little thing n also the anxiety and depression also start from our food habit. Please change your diet for some months and see how u fell along with the doctor's prescription. Avoid too much spicy 🔥 and sour food and also eating large meal at a go and eating too much meat of any kind at one go. As i said above maintain balance diet. Which include all the food including meat proportion.

I don't know about others but I personally feel that talking to people with shirt on is disrespect to others so if I'm sitting my shirt off when a guest or person arrives I immediately put on my shirt as a sign of respect but can't impose this on others 😂it's personal way of understanding 😂
