Hey rey I wanted to ask that did brawl stars stopped giving our first gear for free because when I upgraded my brawler to level 10 its gear costed money

I wouldn't mind if they did a Brawl Talk update with no brawlers or outstanding content drops; but rather a quality of life update that fixes the bugs and refines the UI to be in a playable state.

There aren’t many bugs in the game that would require a full fledged brawl talk.

@Wendell López - When you exit a Brawl menu or shop offer, all of the borders and assets blend into each other in places they shouldn't. - When you click on a friend request to view their profile, it crashes the game. - Sometimes the starting UI doesn't show the brawler at all. - The game mastery profile and all of its elements doesn't stay between closing and reopening the game, reverting to nothing. - Plenty of skins are the existing models, but with emotions and effects patched on top. Buster's Brawl Pass is a prime example (his mouth). - Then of course, the map spawns in Lush Poles like it was shown in the video. If you can remember 'The Smallest Update', something like this where they add a few new things, alongside a bunch of fixes to show they still care about the game. Because at this rate, it looks like they have a fixed content drop for each major update that causes more issues on an unstable platform that they're constantly trying to stabilise, full of old content being patched or swapped for new, on top of using more memory space for each brawler added.

This isn't the only glitch going around. If you get sent a friend request by anyone, checking their profile crashes the game.

Edit: I actually experienced this glitch too haha, I was hopping into duo showdown with a friend and we both didn’t realize there was enemies by us, and neither did the enemy team. We opened boxed like normal before both us and the other team we spawned switched realized, and then when we did we fought 😂 I totally thought it was intentional though, that you were supposed to spawn next to enemies.

At first i didnt know it was even a glitch. I thought it was fully intended.

What do you personally think about masteries? I think it'll be fun to progress but 24,000 points is gonna take a while.

The only problem I have with mastery is the title being way too much. It should be 20k or something. Those extra 4k is damn annoying in 1k trophy match making.

Hi Rey, i dont know if you know this, but in season 17 environment in the bottom right corner of the map, there is a machine with a screen that spells out : ,,you are here". But then, the screen glitches out and through the white static, you can see the message changed from: ,, you are here" to ,,are you here" with question mark following it. Also, check out the lost and found area ( middle left of the map). Have a good day!❤️👍

I think a map like Lush Poles having a mechanic like that where you spawn next to an enemy is unique and actually pretty fun. They should keep it, although they won’t. It’s different and fun and I think if it were only present on Lush Poles it could be a cool additio

I generally just play solos, and this map was out for about 9 minutes 😭 I was so confused when the map changed from Lush Poles to Skull Creek when the brawler cutscene was going on

Another weird thing happened to me on update day. I went into solo SD, and was lagging like crazy, I could only move about 1 frame every 4 seconds. When I looked on the replay, It showed I was moving like normal, the lag caused the match to be about 5 minutes, but on the replay it was at a normal pace for some reason. The final surprise was that everyone there was a bot, but they were power 11 and 10, plus they had skins and battle cards on, so they were real players. I believe everyone lagged so hard that it kicked everyone except me, and since the actual servers were running slow, it caused me to move 1 frame every 4 seconds, but on the actual replay it caused me to be at a normal pace. idk

I feel like an update that adds tons of new maps, QoL and bug fixes and general effect upgrades would be very nice

Sometimes I am sad, that (for me) Showdown rotation changes at 9 PM and I am mostly drawing stuff at that time :/ And yes I remember the Bonnie glitch... It literally killed the Gear Glitch's glory. Yes, I know I mention it a lot of times and it may or may not get annoying at times, I just liked the potential of the glitch.

I liked lush poles, and the fact you had to fight off the enemy immediately, or cower, it was fun

Same thing happened with the one v one map, it was a broken map that allowed a brawler with any ability to go over water/bricks, go to the center and just win due to the storm not hitting them first

Canyon Rivers had that bug too. When this map came out first in duo SD spawnpoints was separated and located like solo SD spawnpoints.

I never have experienced so many glitches in my 8 months of playing brawl stars 😭. Yes i know im not og and i wish i was playing during the glory days but im happy either way that i joined brawl stars because it has been my favorite game these past 8 months. Not even the box removal made me stop playing 🤩

AHHHH noooo Things like this can really bring development down, but we can count on the team for hype updates and fixes as always!

I think The Mortuary had a similar problem happen in that map a while ago.

They should do a showdown mode like this where it’s a 1v1 for 5 groups, the last 5 get to move on and treat it like a small showdown in a way? Better to be a side thing so you don’t lose trophies though, would suck to die over and over. But for fun, it would be cool.

I played the map as soon as it came out but didn't play duos. I was super confused when I clicked play again and it was a completely different map 😂.

WAIT! This glitch was here is Brawl Stars once before too! I remember I was playing a different map in duo showdown and the exact glitch happened!

Yeah, I did remember a new map only being out for like an hour with it then changing to skull creek

I thought that wasn’t a glitch but a cool 1v1 spawn idea they should do something similar to that

This reminds me of that one showdown map that was incredibly laggy because of the spikes and gas when they were just added

Dude... The entire hour that the map was out I played solo showdown not duo, then it changed randomly and I was like "oh?" 😭😭

This glitch kinda happened too some months ago, but instead of spawning near a enemy you and your duo would spawn separated

Damn I was playing that new map and I thought it was quite cool that they brought back split teammates. But guess not, cuz it's apparently a bug and the map is gone.

It was wild and kinda fun 😂😂 Looking at enemy suddenly they realise what going on and got panic attack

I think the most insane SD glitch ever was the one were you were matched up against bots for "trophies" (wayyy back). And so our only real enemy was the top LB?! 🙌

Oh that’s why the map disappeared so fast

When i was doing my quests, i saw a bot lola and when she died, her clone is still alive, but the newest brawler also dies when split or main dies

Woah I played back when that map was up but it was solos and I was wondering why they switched the map out for a new one an hour or 2 after it was out

I’m new to the game so I thought this happening was normal for the map itself 😅 but the first match in I didn’t realize it and as I grab the boxes with the person I thought was my team mate he started to kill me and I was confused thinking friendly fire was a thing too

Yeah I was so confused when I saw a whole new SD map and I fell in love with it but just to see it go away 20 mins later back to a normal boring map

I was grinding mastery points in solos in this yesterday and was wondering why the map switched so early, what a funky glitch

This happened in a old showdown map call mortuary months ago

I remember this exact thing like 2 or maybe 1 and a half years ago me and my friend spawned in different places we were so confused

Playing brawl stars since Carl came out for the reference 24 brawlers existed there but this update brought the most bugs Ive ever Seen alot of weird stuff for sure!

I didn’t know this was a glitch, I thought it was a feature. I was doing my poco quests and spawned next to an 8-bit and he thought i was his teammate so i killed him. The next round the same thing happened but with a stu and I died. I thought it was funny and cool and they should make a gamemode based off of this!

I played yesterday at this time in duo showdown with my friend , and spawn nearby the enemy instead of my teammate, and it caused so much loses

I was playing solo showdown the day the update got relaeased I played solo showdown and everyone in the lobby were lagging almost like the servers were wird I git a freee win cause I still managed to win next day I saw this map as I was farming mastery for jannet(currently gold 1) me and my friend BisERKO decided to do duos and hopped into a match and we both spawned next toa Shelly and an Edgar.

I was trying to do a duos showdown quest when this happened. Turns out Stu was totally bonkers with the glitch

Another glitch (visual glitch) When you join a brawl friend their skin doesn't show up or your skin doesn't show up but once you play the game your selected skin shows up.

yk what's also broken? invincible walls. they literally deflect the basket ball and you can't shoot the ball over them from certain angles

Also, just figured out that there are no more mortuary showdown environments. Really sad about that. Don’t know if this was mentioned in the video, as I am watching it with sound and am skimming through the subtitles.

I actually got to play this map when it came out but sadly i didn't play duo showdown so i didnt know about this glitch :(

I remember a map that would separate you from your teammate, i always thought it was intentional.

I’ve been pushing with Sam in showdown and this video was really interesting

Can we all agree that grays first gadget (walking cane) deals way too much damage? especially since you cant shoot while being pulled so he can just use it and spam auto-aim to kill you before you can shoot.

When I played this map for the first time, I was very scared, luckily I was a Spike and the enemy was Byron. I feel bad for him lol

Sadly i didnt get to experience the glitch instead i was grinding solo showdown, but i was super confused when i was playing the new map and the next game was skull creek like what?! 😅

Honestly rey, that glitch would make for a funny temporary version of Duos or even its own gamemode. It doesn't even have to involve trophies. 🤔🤣

yes, i played this and was luckily playing buzz when it first happened. so i kept playing and whenever i spawned next to someone i would win - free gems lol.

I wasn't shock I don't even realize that it's was not my teammates until I find my teammate walk to my with other ones and we start spning like crazy

I played on this map, but only on Solos, so I never encountered the glitch.

I honestly thought this was on purpose until this video and honestly I genuinely liked this glitch it was fun, and this was actually my favorite showdown map of all time.

I love masteries. I’ve been grinding surge for a while and got him to silver 3. I’m hoping to get to gold 1 tonight. Good luck to everyone who is grinding

I thought you knew this but I have to explain it again. There was once a trophy map in dou that makes it like a solo but you have to find you dou

It's good they react fast to glitches but this one isn't that game breaking I think it'd be funny if they left the map in to be played like that until it was fixed

It is still in the game! I was playing friendly matches with my friends and it happend to me.

I played this map when it came out and i spawned next to a enemy but i didn't realise and they neither we only realised after i accidentally hit them while destroying box it was hilarious 😂

I encountered a new glitch: if your friend list is full (maybe this isn't required, it just happens to be the situation on my account) and you have pending friend requests -> you want to click on the account of one of them -> game crashes. Is it just me?

I hate this glitch, I was pushing gene at 1150 and tilted him to 1100 when I spawned next to an Edgar and didn’t realize he wasn’t my teammate etc. I swapped to bull and for the next 5 games I spawned with my teammate, so I tilted him to 975 from 1k

Happened to me, it was rlly weird I never respawned ....

I was very weirded out by it! I thought it was my teammate next to me until they started shooting at me haha.

A lot of glitches this update I gotta get my trophies back lmao

as a DAILY SHOWDOWN PLAYER, they removed the map so quick that I didn't notice. pls add the map back. for another day
