Rank cap is basically: some legendaries are scaled on you “rank” (rank level can be located near your health bar), and rank cap is how high your rank can go before the legendaries stop scaling with rank

For some reason they weren't in the Halloween Event. Only C move worked 🤷♂️

@@JustSomeGingerGuy Nah, sometimes i had to like reset the player or sth to make them work, else just click and C worked, or at times then i had to use C first then Z and X would work, buggy game ig.
