Yes mecha priest is good, It has HP and MP regen. All of types of classes can deal best of damage, it depends on how you build the class.

Well, there are a lot of ways to get those major skills. The easy way is to buy them at the restock shop. If you're lucky enough then try to use gold skill tokens in skill chest. It may also drop at the skill trials but rarely.

No worries for that bro, just grind for it, It's hard to ascend a weapon to 5 star..Since you ascended it to 5 stars, then make a progress with it. Andras Ninja is good at dealing dps and AOE damage.

I think every class is one of the best, it still depends on the build of the character. On the other hand, if we're talking about weapon, usually it is from these 3 different elements: Wood: Furfur or Ann&Thesia Fire: Frass or Agares Water: Gusion or Buer
