I went through all the videos and counted 99 shows of the weekend, including 3 bits and pieces and 1 pax australia live show. I didnt include the gamescon vlog, though. Counting that last video you would be exactly at 100 episodes

I went through the entire video list and came up with 101 including the live show and this one. I only counted videos that had Show of the weekend in title/thumbnail. So.. I guess it was harder to get the count right than the ironic humor of the opening would suggest(or is it 102 since this was removed and reuploaded?)

Snare drums are so '80s! .50 BMG is much punchier, and we felt that really fit the tone of our music better, you know, and the SMG? Like you get a normal drumkit and plug that into an amp and you can turn it up to 11 but everyone turns it up to 11 these days, right? So once you've done that, you've got nowhere else to go. This smg goes to 1100 rounds per minute, and we've got a kick bass, but you get a kick bass in every band and even having two kick basses isn't unique any more, is it? How many bands have a kick 45mm, though? That's unique. That's ours. Nobody else uses a kick 45mm, and it's belt-fed, too.

As a teacher of physics, I must say I'm most impressed at how Ellen tested the blimp by making rude sounds in her mic. A's for all!

We don't need to count the number of episodes, the only number we need to know is 2. As in 2 wonderful hosts! 😊

Ellen, I cried when Pokémon Let's Go, Eevee! was first announced and I cried again the first time my character put his hand on Eevee's head at the beginning. I even cried seeing the Gen 1 intro recreated in HD on an actual TV. By the time I got to the 'Play with Eevee' part, I had enough tears to fill a whole river.

The Thorned Roses is my new favorite goth metal band. I especially love the live renditions they did of "Purple Sofa, Purple Hair", "Bow Down to Bearilwen", and "100(-ish)" (that last one was so good it got an encore). Here's to 100-ish more shows!

When I worked for an IWeb Development company in the 90s, I had one of the CATZ which I had named “Merlin”. He’d wander round my desktop purring at me and I’d use the mouse to stroke and pet him. When I went on holiday, I had to give one of the other programmers access to my PC. While I was gone, he bounced Merlin around the screen and tormented him so much that it was three days before Merlin would stop hiding behind the windows and come out to be petted again.

Longsuffering, dedicated Jon! Mad props to you. Luke's "Eevee" is the best sound byte ever.

Let's go has been great for playing along side my five year old. How about a list of best games to play with kids? I would put Co-op Smash on that list.

Okay... going to the 'Videos' tab on your channel, and scrolling all the way to the first video (Aaahhh, memories), and counting every single video listed as a Show of the Weekend, and going back to the start who knows how many times, there are, including this one, exactly 100 Shows of the Weekend! I only did this because I love you guys! Here's to 200!!!

My reaction to petting Eevee was similar to Ellen's. Once I found out you could poke its small chubby cheeks, I dropped the story completely for at least an hour or two. I don't care that some person was the one to make those adorable noises! They're medicine for the soul

Hey, Ian may be a little abrasive at times, but elliding "curt" into his name is going too far, and also he's over at Eurogamer, not here in Oxboxtraverse.

I feel like I've seen this before somewhere.

It's been 100 shows... and you can still amaze me. The blimp part was one of the funniest things on this channel. I laughed so hard I even cried a little bit.

This came in on my random vids... I want to start by saying, I don’t want you to hurry back until it’s safe. Also, thank you guys (and OXbox) for doing all you can to still provide awesome content in this messed up pandemic. Having said that... I miss seeing you guys on the couch, the banter was so perfect and doing it via webcam just isn’t the same. Hope you guys are doing well!

I think this was the best intro so far. It was really well acted, it was funny and it wasn't the usual "they do something and one off them run away".

My first game video gaming/physics surprise was in Star Wars Dark Forces 2, in the level where you were in a falling ship, and all the crates started realistically falling and sliding as the ship rotated. The breakable windows made things extra interesting.

If there is anything more adorable that Ellen loosing her capacity for verbal communication at seeing something cute I have not seen it.

"It's important to balance it or the science won't work" is actually an accurate phrase in a lot of experiment design.

Ellens shirts always make me smile on a hard day and Luke being really idiotic with eevee makes my day better. Thank you for 100ish videos.

I'm not sure what the canon explanation is but I believe producer Jon is a a clone of a sentinet AI based on Narascus that Jane created to hunt down and kill Cameraman James (he'd done nothing wrong but Jane just wanted something to practice on). James managed to charm the original AI and, using paragon prompts, managed to get it to destroy itself. Jane was impressed so she made a clone of the AI to help James make videos. True story.

My Theory is that Jon is actually Jane's twin (hence the similar names) but unlike with Evil Luke and Evil Andy it's the other way around and Jane is actually Jon's evil twin.

Do bear in mind that the last "science" experiment was showing a bunch of spider pictures to Ellen. This is why Jane is the physicist.
