On this week’s edition of Under10Hours, we take our shovels and start digging. Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam was a game I bought the Wii for way back in the day, but looking back it’s very clear the game didn’t get the time it deserved, and what could have been a great idea turned out more mediocre than it could have. And in the video we take a look at why that is and what could, have been.

I love this era of games that had the low-res Wii spin-off that inevitably ended up on PS2, an even more watered down version on PSP, and then an entirely different version on DS. This game even has a GBA port for some reason.

Pro Skater 4 was my first and favourite. Amazing soundtrack and feel

I need to do a video on that one soon because I think of all the original games, I played that one last
Basically a SSX game with a Tony Hawk skin but is much more interior when the levels and trick system is fleshed better in that series. It also annoys me when there's no free skate to practice your runs like you could in SSX 3 which might reveal how shallow the levels actually are.
I respect your opinion on Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam. I played it earlier recently this year! Sure it has it’s problems but I love it very much and it’s one of my guilty pleasure video games! I can’t wait to play again when I have the chance!
i remember reading about this game when it launched haven't tried the wii version yet, but i have the ps2 port xD

Honestly, motion controls and extra content aside, I feel like the Wii one COULD be the best one since that’s what it was designed for. Maybe a future update video is in the works
Your videos are surprisingly great and I find it interesting you only have 2k+ subscribers. Definitely deserve more than that. Lots more. Keep up with making these good videos.

Check out the ds version tho it not only has better tricks (you can manual) but theres an actual classic mode
