One thing about this is that there's actually a second detent deep inside the shoulder. When you are pressing the arm back in from the elbow, you'll feel a pop, but it's not all the way in yet, and the arm will still feel very loose as it swivels. Make sure the outer bicep sheath is pulled back far enough towards the elbow to not impede the progress of the cental peg, and push HARD until you feel a second, much firmer pop. Now the arm is in all the way, and the bicep swivel will be tight.

Putting back the bicep is deceptively difficult if you ask me. You have to put a lot more pressure than expected to make sure it stays on.

@@123Xehanort Oh I managed to do it. I was just surprised at how much pressure I had to apply to make sure that the biceps stayed on the shoulders.

Just add a little heat bro. ...people say "blow dryers", but NO. I've been doing custom action figures for 15 plus years, so I'm not just some "know it all" commenting. And, ALWAYS use warm water, around 160°f, not to exceed 175°f. And pretty much anything will come apart, or go back together correctly, with a little hot water. Sik

Hey, those shoulder joints WILL soften with warmth. Heat a pan of water to 160°f and leave the figure in the water for around 10 min. Its definitely more heat resistant, but its plastic. It ALL reforms under heat... the only variables are, how hot it has to be and how it melts. And, mafex uses decently high quality plastic, so, it wont really suffer any melt loss. My only serious word of advice, dont exceed 175°f, unless you're ready to reshape your whole figure. Sik

Try adding some silicone shock or some alternative joint oil in the peg of the arm Make sure hole of the outer and inner piece is align isuggest bending up the shoulder(T-Pose) so its easier for you to align things up

Check the tip of the arm peg(the one you insert into the shoulder piece) if it has an excess plastic at the tip Also try checking if the outer shoulder piece if its fully inserted, if your having trouble putting it in submerge the outer shoulder piece to a hot water before trying to put it back to the inner joint It should be fine putting it back since both arms of your figure arms were in before disassembly, if all above were check maybe the joint are too tight compared to the other piece i suggest using oil to make it easier putting it back
