My current house in Montreal-West was completely gutted and renovated years ago. However, my wife and I now have our 3rd child and the house just won't be big enough for everyone moving forward. So should I add on an extension to my current house, or buy a new bigger house?
I'll show you the full plans of both options and discuss my housing market options and the cost differences between the 2 options as well as the possible return on investment.
The first option is working with a company I found on Facebook called Billdr. They walk me through what all would be involved with adding on the 2 extensions I would need on my current home.
The second option is meeting with my real estate agent Sal who will walk me through what's available in the current market within my budget. As well as the current market in my area if i were to sell my current house to buy a new one.
