@@nicktreiber one fall and it’s like a domino effect .. timing is everything.. my friend who started investing after 2007 now has 45 properties… just one year difference
I started a Udemy course recently. Not big money but hey something is better than nothing.

I would think on minimum wage or too close to it you would want to try and get better jobs instead of investing!!! My easiest months were making 13$ an hour and where I am 7.25 is minimum. I want people to increase their incomes and not save when they make way too little.
