Maybe because that side is watered well by the person. It means maybe the person on the other side put a lot of hardwork and achieved success and we in this side are not putting that effort..

Let’s come to a direct point…. Why people want to go to go abroad for dental jobs? When life is also very hard over there. What do you think? Is it just because people are extra ambitious for learning new things?

​@@kaizendental so we do agree to that for BDS the struggle is huge and no guarantee for a better life if atleast we are in India, and dont have money to settle abroad

Sir non -profit organisation as you said it doesn’t require h1b visa and the person can work until the contract expires without stressing about the H1b visa and not being stressed about being kicked out of the country?

By dental Non profit organisations he means the dental setups run by the government or ngos in rural areas. They are not profit based. But the pay is usually lower.

Money matters...not an easy pathway for everyone..
