Another thing I love about legion is how they now added a hand to hand combat system, I've been wanting that ever since the first game so I am soo happy they finally put it in this game!

You can actually get guns for every recruit if you get 2 people into your team that have the same gun

I really enjoyed (and I am still enjoying) Legion, still, I think the biggest problem at the moment is lack of side activities: I already attacked every restricted area and since resources do not respawn there's no point in getting inside there again; all I am doing right now is going around, getting some collectibles, recruiting and having some police chases. I think the game really needs more content for side activities and I hope Ubisoft makes a big content drop with December co-op update. Anyway great review Master, looking forward to more content.

@@masterassassin791 Ayyyy! Honestly, I recently found your content a few days ago, and it's some of the best on KZread (and I have like 800 subscriptions lol). Your videos are concise and to the point. Your reviews are 5 minutes and cover more than a lot of 20 minute reviews, and you are very fair to games unlike reviews like IGN where 1 mistake leads to a 4/10. For example, if a game has a small issue, you just put it in the cons section and unless it is a big problem, it doesn't bring down the overall score much. A lot of sites (like IGN) will mark down a game by multiple points for slight problems like okay performance or not much customization. Keep up the great reviews man!

Great review i can see a improvement from your first videos to now :D a little funfact about the performance, Ubisoft messed up and forgot to remove the next gen graphic options from the game you can unlock via some ini editing which actually makes Raytracing run at 30-35 fps on a non rtx card like the 1080 possible which is really interesting in my opinion

Yo I just got Legion yesterday and I am loving it! I really love the new play as anyone formula it's really cool being able to recruit anyone u think would be a great asset and I can definitely see why this game took longer to release than the last game, I really think Ubisoft went the extra mile with this game and I'm glad because it's something different from the previous games, I give this game a 9/10 in my opinion, and I will be planning on getting AC Valhalla soon!

@@masterassassin791 When you get big. I recommend you switch to amd for pc gameplay. The Ryzen 9 5900X and Radeon RX 6900XT combo will destroy watch dogs legion even at 4k.

Great Vid...I checked out some of the usual reviews and they lather this game in a tongue bath. It's refreshing to see a video discuss the game's faults as well as praises. Cheers mate

Hey I’m thinking about getting this game on ps5 does it run good on ps5 is it worth getting full price or on sale I want to get the gold edition so I can unlock aiden and wrench once when I do unlock them I’m literally never gonna touch the recruitment system ever again

Playing in Jan 2022, I had a few performance issues until I deleted Red Read Redemption 2 and de-fragmented my hard drive, no issues since. That was mostly when driving fast through the streets. Haven't played with permadeath yet, I suspect when I do I won't be risking my favorite characters in the tougher missions, which will be a shame. Fortunately there are always more characters to recruit, though even the recruiting missions can get you killed if you flub them.

I just played the first 2 hours of Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. So far so good. I'm not going to lie Eivor in terms of as a character is Connor. Basically Connor if he was white, and a viking. They even use an axe as their main weapon.

@sharar I picked up ac over this so far but haven’t put it in yet. It’s annoying hearing a select few say “ewwww it’s crap! Sucks!” But the rest have seemed to say positivicecthubgs about it. There’s always that select few who won’t like it but it’s annoying when they try and says”ohh it’s complete crap!” Just bcuz they sontvpwrsinallyblikecitvir didn’t even actually give it a chance or just hates the whole AC genre.

When i played this game i found out about if you got cops/albion and medic kinda people it reduced cooldowns when a op “dies” so i recruited a SHIT ton of both and when a op dies when i respawn i check my op list and they are already off cooldown

Thanks a lot for this great review! I’ve been hesitating a bit on buying Legion, having played the first two opuses about 10 times 😂 But I think what deterred me was the lack of a protagonist/main story as strong and captivating as in the last two games I mean all the new technological and recruiting features, the fact that’s it’s set in London and that the new villains sound cool to play with… But it lacks something kind of “revolutionary” to make it a must have and attract more attention (in my view of course and I haven’t played it so maybe I’m wrong) But this video already gives me a good overview of the game so many thanks for that 🙏

personally i'm loving the game playing on hard permadeath ironman mode which created me getting too attached to certain charaters 😥😅 but I feel the game was designed for the online mode heavily in mind more specifically the hacking invasion mode because before in the other games you would appear pretty much as a random npc to the other player but now that every npc is now playable you can do a invasion as litteraly any character in the game so having a op whos only ability is sweeping or living statue etc may not be useful through the story it will prove itself useful for blending in when your invading another player online so some things like weapons being locked to certain ops is actually a huge plus for online modes such as invasion where it gives you multiple different ways to go a bout it rather than the usual rinse and repeat hide and seek lol also theres a lil bit of car customization its the same as the weapons if you have a op that can request a vehicle they can change the skin on that vehicle they request 💯

I haven't thought about that possibility, that makes too much sense. My fav part in previous wd is the online messing around mode so much fun couldn't wait for a drone fighting online mode

That’s a tough question. There are some missions I found boring mainly the ones with large hacking puzzles but other than that I had a lot of fun doing stealth and using different operatives

I have it on ps4 pro, in game haven’t come across any bugs or crashes. Only error I get is after I quit to main menu and then go pack the ps dashboard do I get an error message but at that point I’m done playing. I thought it might corrupt my save but so far it hasn’t. I’m mostly playing the main story and it’s fun so far. I like stealthy games. Only recruit specific I found is being an albion officer makes it easier to infiltrate bases but haven’t found a need to recruit much. Will probably change once I experiment more. Would recommend.

I turned off permadeath, but my favorite hitman died at last😐.

Disclaimer Watch Dogs: Legions does have personal cars and paint jobs. Guns also do have skins I think it's like 13 skins or something I use the gold one on my weapon and car.

What I disliked was the removal of a lot of hacking elements that were in WD1 and expanded on in WD2. It is what set the WD games apart from the others. Without it, its just an okay open world game.

Whenever I play this game I always play as Aiden Pearce and treat it as a sequel to the first watch dogs. It feels so much more like a campaign having an established character take the lead

It's on sale on xbox for £35, think I might pick it up

I honestly liked the first one better. I think watch dogs 1 is the best of the series.

I have a okay pc, but i use geforce now anyway, with founders its good.

Watch Dogs 1 was too dark and rainy for me, if that makes sense. I had a blast witch Watch Dogs 2, especially because working in IT it felt like every inside joke was made for me. I liked the protagonist, the missions etc. Watch Dogs 3 is fine, I'm playing it at the moment. But it doesn't really hook me. WD2 turned out to be one of my favourite games, WD3 will just be a game that I happened to play. It feels a bit too grindy, doing the same thing over and over again. Plus, the biggest part in gaming for me is feeling a connection to the character I'm playing. As you can imagine, that's not possible with WD3. So I'm never feeling immersed, it just feels like playing a casual game. Again, it's fun, I like it. But I don't feel it.

Allot of people hating on watch dogs legion your either into watch dogs or you ain't, I had a fun time playing the main story, but afterwards I was disappointed no fun activities to keep you playing hopefully the online coming soon can save the game, & police pursuit level 5 is impossible to get like the police don't care in this, I've had it at level 4 that was hard work 😂

I personally am going to wait for the DLC, some patches and updates, and a sale then I will pick it up. Really liked Watch Dogs 2 haven't played the first one tho

@@masterassassin791 Well Black Friday sale happened, picked up the Ultimate Edition for 80$. Played through the tutorial in Legion and playing the first one now and am loving it.

U can customize cars and wappons to be fair. Also some random operator from the streets have their own cars.

I love the Gameplay and Story but felt like it was somewhat disconnected when I found myself switching operatives since I was recruiting a lot. I recommend once the New Game Plus mode is out or when they allow us to replay story missions. Play as the set operative your attached to and make it there story. Other then all that great game. Problem is I miss Car On Demand and it’s not too late for Ubisoft to bring it back. They can at least bring it back in Online and all sorts of features like gun customization and car customization. We just gotta keep sending Ubisoft the suggestions for it. Or you never know they could be working on it. I already asked them and they liked the suggestion. More word being said could really make a difference and help grow and improve the Watch Dogs Legion Experience over time.

DLSS *boosts* frame rates, it doesn't lower it like you implied.

The infiltration spider drone was so broken plus Nigel cass really made me glad I killed him his savior complex was really annoying also bagley carried the whole game

this game is very controvers, dont know if its good or bad tbh but gameplay and openworld wise it looks really good

I have a super high end customized gaming PC and did not encounter one single problem. The game runs smooth as butter in Campaign mode, but does have lag issues in online mode. Should we buy this game? I purchased 3 copies of the game, 1 Gold Edition for my daughter on PS4, 1 copy for my son on X-Box One and 1 Ultimate Edition for myself on PC. I will; be purchasing 2 more copies for my son and daughter again, when I purchase the two PS5's that they want, but are not available anywhere, other than with scalpers, who can all go to hell. Anyway, we all like and dislike different things, not just in games, but in everything in life/ My final rating for this masterpiece of a game, is a perfect 10/10 on PC only, because it does have issues on the last generation consoles consoles, and I too, would only give it an 8/10 on consoles, but it should get better on consoles in due time, even though it should have played better on consoles on the release date.

Wasn't a fan at all. I like the whole idea of being able to recruit whoever, but as you pointed...they end up being bland NPC's that I didn't care about. Overall whilst the world is full of things such as people, cars and drones, it still felt dead because I didn't feel like I had any impact on the world. I liberated the whole map quite early and I didn't notice any real difference. There were also immersion breaking aspects to the game such as recruiting a nanny who happened to own an LMG or a janitor who is driving a luxury sportscar. And specifically for Xbox One, the game ran like dogshite. In short, I feel the idea and vision were great and unique, but overall execution was poor.

I’ve picked up this game recently and I’ve been loving it! I agree on the negative points you made however. But other than that recruiting and hand to hand combat has never been so much fun, you kinda have to have a great imagination to build your own stories around these AI generated NPC’s who you recruit. Great review 😎

I’m going to get this game today mainly bec it is on SALE 😂😅🤣 I liked WD series, played 1 & 2 and loved it! The only problem is that, in WD2 whenever I put mt controller down I always get severe headaches due to boring/ repetitive/ difficult puzzle in the game 😂😂 I gues It’s hard to play these games when you are DUMB AF like me 😅😂 anyways, I will definitely get this game to play on holiday season ☺️☺️💯

I'm gonna be honest, Watch Dogs the series in general is going into the whole COD Advanced/Infinite Warfare stage.

Ofc I am, I’ve been super excited for the game ever since I finished Witcher 3

One thing I don’t like about this game is, there are no little animations like the the second game. Like when you go to a terminal you have to hack they just put their hand there. There’s no unplugging and plugging in stuff. And the parkour was a downgrade I feel. They could’ve done a lot more with this

Do you think $60 is worth the game?

The game is on sale rn for $40. It’s a fun game for the price still would recommend buying it on a sale not at $60

Definitely, I just got an elgato recently to record on PS4. I’ll try and get to it after I’m done playing Valhalla and the new spiderman

Most Sony exclusives are a straight up for sure buy.. one of the reasons I’m ditching Shitbox next gen, I’ve missed out on too many amazing games on PS4 while Microsoft gives us the laziest, most trash ‘exclusives’ that are literally laughable in comparison.

@@LJT9393 I mean sure the exclusives are better on the PlayStation but the xbox series x is such a more powerful console compared to the Ps5.

@@liambird5379 So they say, yet somehow when you compare the 2, the differences are literally unnoticeable... it appears Sony knows how to utilize lower spec equipment better than Microsoft, and deliver systems that are basically identical in terms of performance. The microscopic difference in “power” of the 2 is nowhere near enough to justify buying a Series X and not experience the Sony exclusives. The One X was also the most powerful console before this generation, yet we get exclusives like Sea of Thieves, State of Decay 2.. yea Forza is alright, but at the end of the day racing games don’t keep you occupied long, and Halo is washed up years ago already, same with that lame boring ass Gears of War garbage.. and if Microsoft always makes the most powerful consoles it’s pretty sad then that they get outsold pretty much every generation. There’s a reason all you hear about rn is the PS5 and how hard it is to get, or how people can even post it on eBay at $2000 or more, while the Series X only goes for like $1000-$1300 yet costs $100 more MSRP.

Using guns should be the last resort , the whole point of the game is to use technology and gadgets to your advantage

Have you played the game, there’s literally parts where you have to use guns. Using traps and “technology” can only do so much. Plus there are operatives entirely centered around guns like the Hitman so

Watch dogs legion will crossover with assasin's creed series . Wow !Watch dogs legion is secretly Assasins creed syndicate 2 . Ok jokes aside , its just a fun open world ubisoft game. As always , great review .
