It's funny to me how Raze was the foundation with which future Raze games and SFH games were built upon and expanded into their own things, and now the SFH Remaster is the foundation which will decide if future remasters of Sky9 titles will prove profitable (and awesome!).

The part you mentioned about a console version port, and a GlobeX DLC campaign really made me jumped for joy. Since the 2019 game called “A Knight’s Quest” made the Sky9 Devs that was made for not only the windows PC, but also the consoles too. This really made me hyped for it because if that’s true, I’m definitely going to play it in one of my consoles which is the Nintendo Switch….. but I have to wait and see. I’ll never when something ever happens.

SFHR on Switch would be one of the best way to play the game and play with friends. Let see if Sky9 Games will give us that dream in the future

But speaking of a GlobeX DLC campaign, I’ve been thinking about it for a short time and there’s a couple of theories I could come up with but just only for this one. Could be the prologue towards the base campaign. Maybe showing us on the GlobeX takeover of the unknown island and possibly see how the virus had started it, leading to the events of the main game. Even seeing new characters introduced such as the Foundry Foreman; Max Heat, and GlobeX's Elite Sniper/Hunter; the Huntress. Even though we seen their appearance in their own mission, I was wondering if there was more character development for those two. Max Heat did mentioned that he lost his family, friends, and his best soldiers to the virus and I was wondering how he started to help GlobeX to halt Alpha Squad’s progress onto stopping their plan and curing the whole island. And for the Huntress, she’s a mysterious one….. not sure what’s her background but she’s really a ghost. And having her as a boss in the base game, she’s a tough one, and I could respect her skills as she did bring up a challenge towards Alpha Squad, especially for the players, and some of the simps……

I honestly can't wrap my head around the negative reviews on steam since this isnt 1: A typical fps shooter built in a comp like setting 2: A flash game remaster that people are afraid of being tarnished 3: People simply not liking it and thinking it's trash and attempting to "Review bomb" it All in all I'm still gonna get it bc it's a fun arena platforming shooter. and this is a valuable lesson of form your own opinion!

My main issue with the game is that it is rather buggy, and I would have preferred splitscreen as I mostly play with my buddies in person if possible.

IMO, the game is alot more polished than the original and has fixed alot of things, though it's ashame that the remastered only ended on the first game and not the others. I hope they will remastered the sequel games!

They planned the 3 original games in 1, but sadly it took too much time so they scrapped the 2 later games entirely 😔

Man i wanna play this so bad again

I'm still deciding If I should buy the game or the entire Metro Game Saga bundle. I REALLY love Strike Force Heroes 3, but it seems the game is not like 3, and as you said it's just the remaster of 1. Maybe they will add more content in the future, but I really don't like Strike Force 1 and as you said maybe they will make the remaster of 2, and even more in the future they could make one of 3. I thought the game would be the ultimate strike hero forces, like a fusion with all of them together, but as you said they will release them separately. I'm starting to think that Metro game is the right choice since it is half of the price and yes the game is a little bit pricy, and I noticed that it has been rising since the launch.

If you not a fan of bugs and didn't expect Remastered is only the first game, you can buy the Metro Game Bundle and come back to buy SFHR with more content in the future or potentially a 3 in 1 Remastered's Bundle Pack. They originally planned for all 3 games into 1 but decided to focus on 1 game at a time because they didn't want to do SFH3 from being the most different out of the three, they scrapped SFH2 and did SFH1 instead. Eventually the amount of work they did was much bigger and they spent 2 years of recoding from Unreal to Unity then recoded for Multiplayer from Splitscreen. They increased the price because of Multiplayer which was raise to $5 more, its also because they shared the money with IndieArk and Steam all together, I believe Sky9 Games may only get 30% of the revenue

Its almost not the same game as the original but have more features not originated in the original game and have possibly new Original Campaigns Sky9 Games also share the revenue with Steam and IndieArk. If I think they only get roughly 30% of the revenue.

the best series ever

even as someone who has played all of sky9 games from the moment I came out the womb, fully completing raze 1 and 2 and playing sfh 2's entire campaign multiple times with each of the characters, I cannot justify a 20$ price tag. You can't simply say "there are other games that cost more then that and are worse", because that argument doesnt work for people who would never pay for those games. I don't have a problem with the game costing money, I respect the devs and I know that they have put many years of their lives into this studio, but anything past 10$ is not a justifiable price for a remastered flash game that was originally free. Please dont whip up the "would you rather pay 20$ for this other x game" argument because the answer is no, I would not pay that much.

The issue was that I seen people who said they wouldn't pay $10 past some people said just play the old games instead, yes thats an option to play the OG. SFHR isn't 100% the same there's a lot of changes that improved a lot from OG SFH1 and have exclusive content that was never in the OG version. Remastered is juts a hit or miss to recent fans in the past 4 years or so or to the fans who played it back in 2012. $20 is honestly the lowest price we can get due to Sky9 Games are forced to share the revenue with Steam and IndieArk, it was originally going to be $15 at best but was pushed to higher because if Multiplayer. Many people buy the standard game or the Deluxe version just to support the devs. SFHR is not recommended for everyone I can understand that.

yeah it really sucks though, me and a friend had been wishing for literal years for a multiplayer sfh and it sucks that its so expensive. I might end up buying it anyway later just because multiplayer sounds that good. But thats all there really is for me, the multiplayer, which unfortunately isnt worth 20$ on its own.@@AniArtistMe
