I am looking into this field so I can fix my health, but also, I want to help the elderly. My grandmother asks me constantly about healthy things to eat. I also want to teach my children how to have better health and wellness.

Here is some coaching advice for videos. Just start the video with the hook and the topic and get people interested. 20 minutes of instructions and places to travel and go in things to click on and Facebook and Instagram, etc. no one is ever ever going to leave the video right then and do itso just leave it in the description box and tell them to go there at the end of the video I felt like a punching bag at the beginning
