When the Cartels capture their victims, they move them all into a kill house or basement; Then they would mutilate them. For example, they would dismember your hands and cut your eye lids out. They would scalp you, slice off your lips or totally de-face you while you're still alive. They make people suffer horribly, actually torture, and they record this on video... These guys are insane.

But that's a conflict of interest for some US government agencies because that wld put the DEA out of business they don't wanna lose there jobs. Imo drug use shld not be treated criminally but medically. Its all about money i think. Its seems like an easy fix though, just transfer former DEA agents without jobs to other agencies like PD's, FBI & so on. This way drug use is legal & no one has to loose their job

Benjamin Jensen , The mass decriminalization of narcotics isn’t going to keep the cartels from continuing to be a ‘CRIMINAL’ organization. That’s like saying “we should have no laws at all because we spend Trillions on police and judges”, or “gun control will stop criminals from obtaining them”. Now I’m not saying that I believe the war on drugs has been successful, nor do I think people should be punish for having an addiction, but I feel openly selling crack in a society has been historically detrimental to the family’s and neighborhoods effected by the debilitating force of that addiction. So I must ask, do you really believe Coke/heroine should be freely distributed at your local 711 like it was a cigarette or beer? If so I would highly advise you to rethink your position. Would love to see the US military absolutely clean house down there. I met a girl from Mexico city, she was here in California to get her c19 shot a few years back. When el chapos son was recaptured, she was telling me the cartels were guarding the roads.

But in the long run and with good police work they would lose power, since they would have a harder time getting financed. Long term you would naturally look for decreasing the drug consumption in the population. As long as they have money and drugs im sure we'll allow them to do whatever they want. We as Americans are simple, we love money, we love guns and especially drugs. Statistics will easily point that out to anyone. I mean let's be honest everyone loves money, no ones gonna turn down a million dollars. Pay the right people and you can do whatever it is you want, whenever you want and however you want.

Just protecting and ignoring this people as long as they get paid.

Ooops, no customer for 10 years. Enough get 10 years for a half gram of cocaine, the drug trade would be curtailed a lot. Of course, we have to go after those American drug kingpins as well. Much harder to do. They are in power after all.
