We are in completely different life stages. The people in the video are siblings apparently so there isn’t any problem about them hanging out as family, but if they weren’t related that would be weird and inappropriate. Spending time with your siblings is different, even if you consider your siblings your friends the bond that exist between both of you is created by the fact that you are family.

They're not, they literally have different surnames. Also, Benji is half Brazilian half Polish while Liza is Russian. It's literally impossible for them to be siblings.
