Thank you for your comment. The crane shooting videos were recorded in the USA, where they are legal to shoot.

Why they’re quite a ways off and theyre shooting trap loads. I highly doubt 7.5 or 8 shot is making it that far without a strong back wind and even then it wouldn’t hurt them one bit.

@@TheMrSupermoto That's as maybe, but it's the principle. Number 7 shot will carry 200 yards easy and will take out an eye at that distance. It's like shooting a .308 towards a primary school and saying "it's only a reduced load". Like, I get where you're coming from, but I feel it's complacency. I was taught to never shoot unless my line of fire was clear, under any circumstances. A good clay range should have that courses set up to avoid pastures with livestock.

#7.5 will get to about 230 yards. Ranges have to be 300yards just to add a little margin so it will not get there easy but yes it will get there just. Talking about a .308 us not apples with apples
