In theory it gives you more distance without causing footstep sounds but after Lightfoot nerf it really doesn't do much

Soul survivor is super random it depends what you find , you just need good mechanics

Speaking as a bad player, if you can't rely on your mechanics to secure kills, then don't. Find ways to stack the deck in your favour and never take a fair fight.
