You're the first guy I've seen on Shotgun that absolutely rides well...most of the other reviewers change lanes willy nilly, go at dangerous speeds on crowded roads and generally ignore all road rules...keep it up...good rider good bike

A good review of a great British brand now made in India. This bike is on my list here in the UK, I'm very impressed with the build quality. It won't replace the bike I have but it will sit proudly at the side. Thanks for the review, and your traffic is insane! Well ridden.

Hello, Thank you for your compliment. I must say you have made a great choice by planning to add it to your garage. With British roots and Indian muscle, RE is here to stay for long and take its riders back to the old classic days. Pune, the city where I live has the highest number of motorcycles on road in Asia and hence the traffic 😂 Happy riding!

Great real world video. Using it in traffic, on streets that aren’t perfectly smooth. I always look for sinew, something not carving the California coast- glad to have seen yours. I love the bike and agree that it feels like a modern Classic /Bullet which is fantastic since I am moving up to a SG from a Classic. Also have my beloved Continental GT 650.

Hello, Thank you for your kind words. Real world reviews with real world riding conditions definitely give the viewers a better judgement before making a purchase. It's great to know that you will soon be upgrading to the SG. I am damn sure you will love it. Happy riding 👍

You've echoed some of the comments of another KZreadr, a Mr. Stuart Fillingham. He said something along the lines of the Shotgun being what the Bullet could've been if it had developed naturally rather than stay practically unchanged over the years owing to its "classic" status. Good video, a breath of fresh air from the usual ones with the mandatory specsheet recitation.

Hello, Yes, shotgun having almost the same stance and feel as a bullet is the first thing you will realise while riding it. We will only understand more differences when RE launches the new Bullet 650😊 Thank you for your compliment 👍

Good review, I ve had an interceptor last 5 years ,I test rode the Shotgun ,it felt a lot more refined than the older interceptor and also has a lot more characteristics of an Classic 350 with more power, In fact the Classic 650 will be based and built on the Shotgun 650 frame and underpinning even the peashooter exhausts are of the Classic650....Cheers

Hello, Cheers to your 5 years with the Interceptor, i wish you many more years ahead! Yes, there are many similarities between the shotgun and the classic 350. You see, many upcoming 650cc's of RE will share the new frame that RE created, starting with the super meteor. Happy Riding!

I have a sencil white Shotgun. Do you have the part number for the fly screen in front if the clocks? I haven't seen one of these in the UK.

Hello, Yes in India, the front number plate is just below the headlight of every bike.

Hello, The pillion seat is too small. It is fine for short city rides but might be painful for longer ones.
