Thats a winner design for benchmade

Wow!!! I like the shape of the blades and the colors are definitely unique!!! Great find! Best use of Magnacut in my opinion. I’m liking the small fixed blade and smaller folder. Great job from the coolest knife reviewers😁👍😎

Those fixed blades look nice, I live near the ocean, rivers and lakes so these could be good for me.

I’ve handled these today at the store. They are very skookum. As somebody who fishes A LOT, I can say with confidence that these will be absolutely fantastic for serious anglers and fishermen.

@@JohnDavis-tj1bl Magnacut won’t rust, really. The superficial rust that it kay get after extreme saltwater exposure can easily be repaired.

NICE KNIVES!!! Just a BIG touch out of my price range... I can truly see they are worth the money... My wife of 46 years just won't agree with me. I spent $40.00 on a knife many years and did she tear into me about wasting money. Then I told her it was a $90.00 knife on clearance. She said no mind I didn't need a knife that cost that kind if money... It got stolen off the back of my truck and few year after I got it 😡 damm thieves 😡 I never told her about it... Thanks for sharing the info. May you kids be blessed in Jesus name... BBE..

Thoughtful designs. Cool color. Seeing a lot of great fixed blades rolling into the new year. That Intersect looks absolutely buttoned down. Hopefully, these new releases won't continue the trend of 2023 prices.

I need this. Especially living in Hawaii.

@@BirdShotIV Nice!!! Yeah, we do lots of ulua fishing and camping. And everything from axes, to leathermans, even my 3V bushcrafter knives get surface rust overnight.

I like the fillet blade I have the cpm 154 version and I love it. The small blade reminds me of their puuko in 3v which i didn’t like the grind is to thick hurting it’s cutting performance. Magnacut is a great choice for any blade.

When will These be able to purchase I emailed yall a while ago about fish filet knifes and boat knifes. So glad you going to water world now

You can say what you want about price, but I have been seeing people fork out $300 plus for WE and Kunwu knives made in China. I’m in no way saying that good quality knives don’t come out of China. Over the last 5-10 years we have seen companies just like WE and Kunwu start producing products that compete with USA quality. With that said, Benchmade brought all six of these new knives to market with MSRP’s under $300. They are utilizing CPM-Magnacut in all six of the new knives, which happens to be about the most expensive and in demand blade stock currently on the market. I think they are perceived to be of lesser quality because the folders use Grivory scales. Well I’m here to tell you that Grivory has excellent mechanical properties, along with being extremely heat and chemical resistant. I have a Benchmade Griptillian with red Grivory scales and I have beat the piss out of that knife for the last five years, it has outlasted a whole host of other knives made out of what most would consider superior materials. Benchmade also managed to bring said knives to market while maintaining construction of the knives 100% in the USA. I will be supporting our USA companies, and be picking up the Mini Adira. The knife brings a 3.2 inch, stone washed, CPM-Magnacut blade, with an awesome blue Grivory set of scales.

@@BirdShotIV I failed to mention something!You made a point of emphasizing how the prices the Benchmade representative gave for the water line knives was in fact the MSRP. I say this because Pre-Order price on the Adira is $225 and $207 for the Mini Adira. So Benchmade is bringing these knives to market at an excellent price for the value.

One thing they didn’t address was if the omega springs are stainless or coated etc. I’ve had omega springs rust and eventually break during a sweaty summer without ever actually getting wet, let alone in a saltwater environment. Those MSRP are a little high considering BM only has a 10% MAP but they’re not completely outlandish for magnacut. Glad to see Benchmade doing something completely new though!

Great to see Frankie and Bird at Shot Show. Great video with a lot more detail about the knives. Sorry Benchmade..... You priced yourself out of my budget.

And They dropped the ball on it. The reality should have used vanax instead of magnacut if they wanted it to be corrosion proof. Quiet Carry has it done right.

Okay. No shade on Benchmade, but I had a nice Benchmade Mini Osborne and it was great. But, I lost it. I hate it. It was stupid. But I did. I needed a new knife but was loath to pay another $200 for a small knife. So I found Petrified Fish knives on Amazon and I got an outstanding knife for….. $30!!! The quality is excellent. The blade is on bearings and opens and closes with a light flick. It has fantastic ergonomics and a great pocket clip that securely holds the knife in my pocket but releases easily. I love it and I can have six or seven Petrified Fish knives for the cost of one Benchmade.

I like benchamde knives and they have always had the "butterfly tax" of being slightly over priced but OMG in the last couple year their prices are outlandish. Like comically this has to be a joke over priced. They even compared to other made in the USA brands. Some of their models are more than double what I would consider, and I own multiple Benchmades. I don't know what they are thinking. Nice Video though guys and its fun to see the designs.

did the make the spring and mechanism in the Axis lock ? what about the hardware ?

I was about to make the usual comment about Benchmade being overpriced...but for Magnacut...those MSRPs are actually not horrible. I want that small fixed blade.

A lot of Benchmades seem good until you find out the price. Then it's.....yeah...I'll be lookin' elsewhere.....

I'll stick with my LC200N & BTW Spyderco has been using Magnacut in their new Salt knives for a while now. On camera, that "Para-Cord" looks like cheap nylon made in china "Tactical" cord.

these knives are all underwhelming. grivory in half of them and steel omega springs and liners/hardware in the salt line. pathetic offerings. and then there is the price

I agree, why grivory ? Biggest complaint on the bugout and they put it on the adira 😢

If you can afford to drop a $250 knife in the water, you better be making 250k.

95% (if not higher) of those knives will never see the water. Maybe barring the fillet offerings.

Benchmade lower your darn prices. They are insane and have gotten out of hand. $300-$500 for production knives is just foolish. You make a nice product but no one should have to take out a second mortgage to afford one.

Again they lost me at Grivory! They use the cheap plastic for scales and still want over $200 for it! Still love your videos though, a lot of the knives in my collection were decided watching your videos!

Benchmade makes nice knives, but not buying any from them. Do not like them as a company. Way over priced! Their knives just don't bring enough value to justify their prices.

show show kinda disappointed me this year. maybe its due to the economy but not alot of new or amazing knives. Not much really stood out like i gotta have that like previous years.
