The prolific and consistent classically trained American composer and multi instrumentalist RIFF KITTEN (try saying that quickly!) here collaborates with the saxophonist and producer YABLOKO MOLOKO and this uptempo Nu Jazz / Electro Swing romp! Taken from the 3rd RIFF KITTEN #electroswing album BAD MANNERS, the album includes the strongest singles from 2022 plus another handful of unreleased material. RIFF KITTEN's trademark dark electro swing sound now gives way to a more frenetic and upbeat jazz influenced approach. Racing pianos, bouncing horn lines, saxophone riffs and double bass all collide with electronic flourishes. There are only a few vocal tracks, but a confident showing of new instrumentals from a young producer really finding his groove.
