Wow! that's actually is a good price. I was expecting him to say at least 3.5 mil Euros. It's a huge property.

This place looks wonderful (on the first sight) but what about the condition of the kitchen, the "3 other bedrooms" and the bathrooms and toilets? 😅

For the last week or two I've enjoyed tremendously watching your videos. These riads are absolutely beautiful, even the ones in need of a renovation. What I'm curious about however is that although one could purchase these as private residences, a riad is essentially a small business. Why are so many of them for sale? Is there some difficulty in running a riad? Are there not enough tourists to keep these businesses afloat? What gives?

Good morning. There has always been a turnover in Medina property. Many of the Riads you see on my channel are already sold. Guesthouses come and go as small businesses - some are more successful than others. The tourist market has been expanding rapidly these last years as Marrakech confirms its place as a major destination, and I expect it to rebound quickly in the coming months.
