    I don't think you are analysing properly, it's foolishness who invests more than 40k per sqyd, who can afford and buy for 80k after 4yrs? who said prices are like that on the South side, dont mislead people like this

    As per my understanding this video is completely about Short investment (3 years) Within the city there a lot of transactions happening which are priced more than 1lakh per sq.yard or Owner can materialise the plot as a House or commercial space for decent rental income

    It would be great if you can make a dedicated video with detailed prospects and analysis of areas like pasusmula, Gowrelly & Taramatipet as this areas are yet cheap and within city ORR. There is hardly any info available on the internet about this pocket East Telangana. Is this hidden gems?

    How come long term investment is not advisable. Sir Agree this video is based for short-term investments. Short-term investments is not for budgeted classes coz of price factor.. for end use can go for short-term.

    Nice presentation but you totally forgot about shadnagar area I believe you are not aware of what’s going with this area right now please do some research and please come up with updates thank you. (The best place to invest for a middle class people at present)

    We can’t say Real estate will get 40% every time .. for long term perspective only it will give good returns (20-25% compound ) . Every time we should not compare during last 4 years !

    in 2010 Falt cost in Hyderabad was 3000 per sft if every 4 years double then by 2022 it should Cost 24,000 per sft . ( 3000 -6000-12000-24000) ( every 4 years double ).

    @@realtalkshyderabad9219 Sir let’s take plot in Shamshabad orr exit 15 . In 2006 they sold 3500 per sq yard . So as per your analysis 3500-7000-14000-28000-56000 ( 16 years ) to day you can get for 14000 to 18000 per sq yard .

    Wrong explanation sir. I differ with your explanation. Exactly around year 2017 ORR surroundings lo 6k to 8k per sq yard price undi. After 5 years , means today ORR surrounding 30+ k per sq yard ga undi. Means 400% returns within short time.

    2nd reason: If a person invest 200 sq yards with 10k per sq yard means 20 lakhs for a plot . Which is more affordable. Lot of customers available in that price range. For example pharmacity or RRR LOCATIONS as you said. After 5 years RRR and Pharmacity come to realty. Employment creation - New Residential Colonies demand- As a result appreciation in prices. Upto 30-40k per sq yard many people can afford. Suppose a person who buy with 10pm can resale his plot for 30k . Then he will get 300% appreciation within in share time of 5 years. This is simple success formula in real estate

    3rd reason: People never buy higher value priced plots. As you said 60k per sq yard means. 200 sq yard plot with 1cr 20 lakhs only for plot cost. No middle class person or single salary employees who are wide range looking for wlinvestments can’t afford such big pricing areas for investment. Reason for that: suppose a person with 15 lakhs annual salary can save hardly 5 lakhs in a year. 15 lakhs savings comes from 3 years of his salary savings. For 1 crore + investment means how many years of salary savings he want. Or else how much loans he wants to take.

    Sorry, I'm personally don't agree with your analysis which are far away from ground reality, respect your work though!! Abdullpurmet lo which is 3-4 kms from ORR is trending ₹12k- ₹30k, I've plots which are under ₹10k too in this area In areas like Dammaiguda, Nagaram, Rampally, Kuntloor, which are will within Ghatkesar ORR are trending ₹20k-₹40k and have seen 3x surge, Ghatkesar Kondapur lo ₹12k-18k trending which is 3kms from ORR ₹40-₹60k per Sqy prices are within GHMC limit and need not travel till ORR like ECIL, Kompally, Hayathnagar, Injapur, Nagole, medipally, Peerzadiguda, UPPAL inner, Katedan, inside,
