It’s pretty fire
Perch was 100% brought up from deep water probably fishing for eyes and the people didn't want it so threw it overboard.... I have seen that around here a few times and that's why I get mad at people who fish deeper then 30ft

Too bad there’s only one lake with that depth in that area and he definitely was not there
