ShopSabre CNC - Live Edge Epoxy Table Project with IS Series 408 Router

Routerbob demonstrates the process of creating a live edge epoxy table using a 3 Axis CNC Router. Live edge furniture is a style of furniture that incorporates the natural edge of wood into the design. In this video we use a ShopSabre IS Series 408 Router and Vectric VCarve PRO CAD/CAM Software.

Excellent video as always. What toolpath is used to create the pocket holes? Is that one of the options in VCarve?

With the IS 408 are you able to flatten slabs greater then 8’ by having one end hang over the side and then rotating the slab? In the video I saw 120” written in chalk on the slab, was it cut down to 8’ before flattening?

Thanks for the video...I have three questions about the planing. What router bit did you use for planing? What were the speeds and feeds. How many rpms did you set it to?
