A little tip for picking avocados! I had a wonderful Hispanic man excitingly spend 10 mins showing me how to pick out the best avocados because I had no idea how! In simple terms, you press your fingers into the avocado to check how hard or soft it is. If it's very hard, it is not yet ripe, if it feels a little soft when squeezing/pressing into it, it is ripe.
Hi Linna, I am the one who loves the shopping compilations! My son likes to watch them also. We enjoy the quality of the food and snacks that Japan offers. Happy Easter to you and your family. The veggies and fruits in your grocery stores are a thing of beauty. Everything looks so fresh. Here in USA the Farmer Markets are like this. But not the grocery stores. They are hit or miss.
Sorry if you have been asked this many times before - have you thought about publishing a cookbook? I would love to make some of your recipes, they look so nourishing and tasty. I live in Scotland and would definitely buy a physical or online recipe book from you. It would also be useful to suggest alternative ingredients to those difficult to source outside of Japan. 🍜 ❤️

Now because of these changes I'm having blood tests for Cancer. I'm in constant pain in my stomach and bowel and that is were I have my trouble. Please pray for me.
