It's crazy how empty these places are of customers but they're overloaded with goods. Thankfully you come in and spend hundreds. I'm sure it makes their day, plus you find some deals. It's a win-win.

This mall is 90,000 sq feet on three floors! This mall is a tourist and antique shopper destination from many states, bus tours stop non-stop to drop people off all week long, and the place is packed on weekends! It's no empty ghost town, trust me!

I love antique glass. It’s nice seeing people pick it up :) I wish more vendors were like WIL. Just wanting to move volume rather than trying to get top dollar for everything. Love it when you come across vendors like that :) Fun video

Not all sellers are able to price their items so low though. Really, the only ones who are able to do that are going to be people who are able to buy in extreme volume for extremely cheap.

@@Kevin-sm8pn of course, I understand that completely. If I had a booth I couldn’t price stuff super cheap. I guess what I meant is I wish you could find more booths like this. Who know people do house clean outs or buyouts, most of them flip at flea markets. It would be nice if more had booths priced stuff cheap for quicker flips. I know that isn’t realistic for everyone to do that

It’s great that you save more of the old glass rather than just purchasing the mid-century modern. It breaks my heart to see resellers pass up the antique glass because of the low resell value. And I truly love those antique milk glass shakers. Love your channel, too, Jeffrey ☺️

I was hoping you'd head to the Columbus Antique Mall when I saw you were in Wisconsin. It's quite the 'destination" place for antique hunters and pulls in tons of shoppers. Weekends are crazy busy. I live about 15 miles south of Columbus. The place is overwhelming it's so massive. Tricky to keep track of where you've already been. Lots of treasures to be found if you pay attention. Looks like you got a great haul. The train station is right next door. Come back soon! ☺️

Yay I am so happy you visited Columbus. That is my favorite mall to go to and once a month they have a week dedicated as customer appreciation week where anything over $10 is 20% off unless marked firm of course. I'm glad you were able to go 🎉

Great shopping trip! Can’t believe all the great items you found, it’s so fun to shop with you.

I grew up with those fun, colorful glasses. Ours were from late 50s and early 60s. The place where we bought gas for our car gave coupons that we could redeem for glassware they had in a big display cabinet. We had fun getting all different designs - both juice glasses and tumblers. Great memories.

So happy that you stopped in at the Columbus Antique Mall. It's a really cool place. I usually stop down on occasion because I only live about an hour and a half away and where you found that second cat plate. I know the person that has those booths they have good prices quite often on their pieces

This past weekend I went to the same Sturtevant and Bristol Wisconsin antique shops Jeffrey went to. The Sturtevant one had an outdoor flea market going on and almost all vendors inside had sales. I bought a lot of nice things! The Bristol shops were nice but the things I was interested in were too expensive even for my collection. Lots of sales there too though. Next stop for me: Columbus!!

It was nice to meet you and Barb at Springfield yesterday. I hope it was a good trip for you. My sister and I found a couple of nice items for our "new to us" Victorian. The mall in THIS video looks like a great find. Hopefully you can go there often for some deals!

That antique mall is about 40 minutes away from where my grandma lives. Every year we try to go see what's new and I've gotten some really good finds. We got a Mickey Mantle autographed baseball for $25 which is a STEAL!! I collect a LOT of bobble heads from that place too. I mainly try to buy sports memorabilia. For my birthday this year coming up in a couple weeks we're going to back there and I can't wait!!!

I myself really like Milk glass. I especially liked those old plates you bought. If i was not here on the East Coast, I'd venture to this mall for sure also being a reseller, I'd have a blast!

I need to go to this mall. Funny you mentioned repainting the old glass. I do it to my hacked up goofus glass and milk glass. I have no intention of selling them and they look so beautiful when the paint is crisp.

Oh my goodness. The pink glass flowers at the beginning i think came from an antique French chandelier??? I purchased a "lamp" in St. Louis several years ago with similar glass flowers, green glass leaves, and a green glass base. Wiring wrapped in a brown silk. I've never found anything closely similar to the pink glass flowers until this post.

I've been to the Columbus mall several times. Its so big. I didn't see everything until my 3rd visit.
