Spam is a really great ingredient for lots of Korean cooking, it’s never eaten raw like it is in western countries and is a great combination with rice. You will be surprised how good it can be with different recipes, my fiancé only knew it as ‘Poor people’s ham’ until he tried my cookings, now he changed his opinion!

Try musubi, their really easy to make with rice, spam, seaweed wrap, eggs and soy sauce . I used to not like spam before it lol
