I had a very similar experience in grade school and even some of high school, and I agree that using makeup when insecure makes things worse. It can get to the point where you feel as though you must put makeup on every time you are going to step out of the house. I wish I had waited until I was secure in myself like you. I am glad you are healing, please be kind to yourself. ❤

I have very low self confidence too, ive felt that way for many years especially due to trauma i went through growing up.. im also trying to love myself more, its not easy to do but it doesnt matter if youre the most prettiest girl out there all that really matters is who you are as a person. And the prettiest people to me are the most kind people, their kindness is whats beautiful🩷🩷

Just yesterday I got new glasses, and they’re pink this time! I hope you know your videos help a lot of people with how they see themselves (including me). You’re so sweet for sharing your journey 🫶🏻 Btw I was shocked when I saw your face for the first time bc you’re really pretty! i did lasik for my eyes and it was the best decision in my life! i had -3 smth on both eyes. you can do one eye to see how it'll go and then other, if you're scared. it didn't hurt at all and on the next day i had 100% sight

Jinbei San fan in the house!!

I used to wear glasses but I did the laser eye corrective surgery and now my vision is perfect. I’ve gotten it done almost 5 years ago. I recommend it to anyone I know, my sister and a few friends have done it after my suggestion. Easy and short recovery with instantaneous improvement in eyesight.

I always hear people say japan is super expensive but everytime i watch a japan vlog, everything looks so cheap lol. that sanrio my melody bag would be like $40 here

I don't know if it can be called as bully , but I used to get called *old* growing up (elementary school), I also always been told to close my mouth when smiling (take pictures) because my teeth are horrible. I'm an adult now so I'm learning to accept myself too! Love your videos btw!

I forgot my sweet piano and Pompopurin, well, i love almost everybody in Sanrio😅. And dont worry about the past, like you said, as adults is our responsability to take care of ourselves, i send you a big hug. I used to be bullyed by my own mother, but with the time and therapy i love my self a bit more, its a continuos journey but the important is to start working in ourselves with professional help

So do what makes YOU happy, not THEM! 💖💖💖 So many cute Sanrio stuff!^^ Yeah, it's quite expensive in Europe also, because of import prices. 😅 My favorite from popular characters are Cinnamoroll, My Melody and Little Twin Stars. Keroppi at least made 7th place in the latest poll. Love that for him. 😊 Sadly Tuxedo Sam is so underrated. He might be my absolut favorite character of Sanrio. 🥺💖🐧 Hopefully he gets more love next time!

I'm so sorry to hear that you were bullied and didn't or couldn't tell your family. I was lucky to not have been bullied. But my.brother and best friend were so I know thru them how much it hurts. My brother still has trouble with somethings the bullies did to him. Growing up past your past is hard and slow. I hope that you can gradually see your beautiful heart shows thru your face too. Weren't all here for you.

I wish it was easier to find Kuromify the World merch in America. I really like the colors and my favorite characters are Kuromi and Baku. The reason I don’t wear makeup is because I want to look more masculine/androgynous. But I do like both masculine and feminine things (I’m still a woman if you’re wondering). It’s nice that you try to lift others up. You’re very sincere.
