Shopping For Essentials For Our Village Home🇫🇯
In this vlog the boys and I are in Levuka town to do some shopping. This time we are shopping for the essentials of what we need for our village household.
This is one of the things that remote islanders has to do sometimes in order to have things in their household. Go to and from the town to buy some essentials. Usually in our village it is done on Saturdays as most of the women go to Levuka to sell things at the local market
Viliames birthday was on the weekend prior to this so we had a little celebration for him.

I learnt something new today. I’m Fijian Indian living in NZ. Was about 4-5 years when I moved overseas, had no idea levuka was on a different island 😂

Hey brother, was wondering if in any of your next videos you could get any of the boys to give a quick rundown on how they roll the Suki so thin like that. We call it "Savusavu' or 'Safu' for short here in the Solomons, but we roll it the, I guess "usual" way 😒 like joints. Lovely to see you all shopping which certainly isn’t dull with the boys lol!I should imagine with all the boys shopping doesn’t last very long. Did you get Biscuits? I like the bread and use to pick it up when on vacation for my adopted family who always appreciated it although I felt it was just a little thing I could do along with shopping I use to do for them. Your right Ura shopping is expensive these days no matter where you live I am 41:20 in Queensland Australia and prices have rocketed and I have had to cut back some. Do you shop every couple of weeks or just when you need to? I grocery shop online every two weeks and they deliver its so easy compared with how you have to shop.glad you all got back before bad weather set in.great, fun video loved it

Was wondering when you do the shopping. Is it jst for your household or the other boys as well household as well. By watching this episode i think it's not fare for the other boys coming all the way from the village to pick you up and go back home with no shopping. That is jst what I've notice by watching this. Sharing relates to my experience in 2019 when there. I questioned the guy why he bought 1 big bottle of sprite when I gave enough money to buy for 3. He said its okay, we will share, the straws are here. I said Iam not a kid to use a straw and share. I want a bottle. (Didn't understand the culture then). I told them, my country in PNG we dont share drinks unless we are broke. 🤣 Beer...one man one bottle.....no wonder we get drunk so quickly sometimes 🤣🤣🤣Good to know sharing is always in your culture and I love it. 👏🏼👍🏽🇵🇬❤
