I love traxxas! Traxxas is a damn survivor man!! They are like the ford of RC cars. Ford never took bail out, and they’re American made even. I’m just so impressed by Traxxas. So many RC companies went down hard... Traxxas is just thriving lol.

Love this Store and there One to One Customer Service. I have bought 4 cars from there in the last 2 months.

Aren't many things that take my breath away these days... until I saw this shop. Nourishing for the soul.

Traxxas has come so far. I still remember building my Traxxas SRT back in ~1990.

That is not fair why can't they have that in every state that would be heaven

was there last week, dropped my slash off for repair and they repaired my rustler on the spot, the guy you talk to on the way in hooked it up, awesome store best customer support and service in the industry by FAR

That Traxxas building is impressive, I drive pass it pretty much every week. Never have any urge to go in, because I'm more of a Tamiya/Kyosho guy.

That Traxxas Store was NUTS!!! Just got my first Xmaxx and been watching your videos!!! Great stuff man…keep it up!! 👍🏾

The entrance to the whole place from the gates looks like its designed to be perfect for a track, look at those low little red curbs...I think they're way ahead of you 🖖🏼

Yeah, the early max had some issues in 6s trim. They also offered a 8s conversion kit when they updated the kit. I sell alot of Traxxas in Columbus, Ohio! Great product! Hope they start offering more kits because i love to build! Still have my first r/c car from 87'. It's a kyosho optima. One of about 30 kits! Enjoy your channel!

We get alot of "cincy slot guys up here"! Most of the slot companies shifted to r/c 8n the mid 70's! We have a Facebook page untill we redo our website on shopify! Later!

So cool! Several years ago, my kids went to school with the kids of one of the big wigs at Traxxas. He used to drop them off at our Catholic grade school in a Lamborghini (sp?). He’s no longer with them, and I never got to know him, but seeing this Traxxas store makes me wish I would have asked for a tour, back in the day...

I love their display 😍

I just got back into rc after almost 20 years and picked up a e revo 2.0. I was into nitro before, might pick up a nitro car and for sure want to pick up a mini z, those look like alot of fun. I Love your videos, keep them coming!!

‘All the upgrades’ (for the most part) are parts that should be stock, and that they are fully aware of are needed on the cars because they are guaranteed weak points that will break first.

I agree that some parts are weak, but cutting corners is how you keep the prices low. The $199 base model traxxas slash would be much more expensive if it had premium parts

I work in a rc hobby store and I dislike traxxis because they have to be upgraded to be comparably with others that are stock.

So true. They should put at least CVDs and proper metal shocks with alu shock caps on all the RTRs. Or they could offer all cars as kits. That would be cheaper.

Onyxtinct - they have had plastic molds for that cars parts for decades. There is no reason their abs plastic is worth that much. A motor used in a brushed black & decker drill you buy at Home Depot for 20$ has no place in their cars but that is what runs it... their ‘base line’ models are worth 100$ tops. They use the same platform for a car that goes 25, and a car that goes 65. No innovation, and they take advantage of their platform... they know their not worth what they charge and it shows in their prices. Cast aluminum isn’t worth 10$ a gram that they seem to charge for their prts But I mean, people buy what they want so what do I care. Just upsetting how they are milking the hobby.

I have the original Summit and it's pretty fun being able to go up tough terrain with the Hi-Lo transfer case as well as locking front and rear differentials. If you get one, be sure not to preload the rear springs too much or tighten up the clutch too much... it becomes a wheelie monster and kind of defeats the purpose of the Summit lol, however with both differentials locked... you can do some sweet donuts

I live in Fort Worth and have driven by the headquarters. I didn't know they had a retail store. Will be going soon.

For the revo 2.0 trust me you’ll want the upgraded axles and the steel centre drive shaft. And the upgraded push rods? The bar that holds the tire straight not the shock one. Only three things I ever broke once I upgraded them hasn’t yet

Then charger in the video is the one just I orders! So excited to use the app with it.

Make toys that people enjoy and make prices that are high. Those toys should not cost that damn much to have some fun / excitment. Most if not all components are done by a machine.

The beginner ones are literally like 170 dollars starting for 1/10th scale, the reason they cost so much for the bigger ones is because the anodized parts and the esc and motors are very large and expensive, just depends on how fast you wanna go👌🏾

Id love to go there some day lol. My Hitec chargers have BT module and had these same functions for years good to see Trx staying pace with some of the other great rc product companies. Especially with the high torque servos been using savox might give Trx ones a go gain.

Ya that store is sweet, and I have the dual live charger and it’s Pimp , not only does it read the ID batteries so you don’t have to set anything except the start button, you can also charge non Traxxas batteries and choose your own mah and voltage, and obviously it does Nimh batteries also , I know you’d love it ! Plus the Max voltage charge on one battery charges it in a flash !! Awesome vid ! Keep up the Great Work !! 👍✌️

My dad has 3 nitro trucks. The tmaxx pro 15. The tmaxx 2.5 and the revo 3.3. He got me a tmaxx 2.5 for a nitro starter and he didn't like it so like a month later her got me a Revo 3.3 basically brand new. It's amazing. I got into Traxxas like 5 years ago and I got the slash 2wd and now that car is my sisters. My dad got my mom a rustler 4x4. And he has a little e revo too and that thing is amazingly fast lol. I really wish they would put a Traxxas store in Syracuse or something. All of our family has fun with the trucks. Hope you have fun with yours

Even with just being out at the store a few weeks ago I had to watch, so hard to get in and out of there without the wife wanting to buy something. We have been trying to go to the park in McKinney with the Maxx's and then there to get the part to replace whatever is broken fast. Great store and amazing video showcasing it.

@@michaels83 lol. I got two LaTrax for my niece's. It wasn't until they were breaking them every run the fifth run when I realized the aftermarket support for them was very limited. It's disappointing as they aren't all that bad. The only upgrade I've seen is shock towers and a Mamba Micro brushless. I got the older niece the Latrax Prerunner and the younger the Latrax Teton. For the price, if I knew then what I know now, I'd have gotten them a Stampede, Rustler, or the Bandit. I own the UDR, Revo 3.3, Summit, and the TRX Bronco. I also own 4 Losi's and a ProBoat. Traxxas has so many "want" RCs. XO-1 is my next purchase from Traxxas.

Very cool would like to visit this store if I’m ever in Texas. I just ordered a Traxxas Slash 4x4 vxl fox edition. Can’t wait to get it. I’ll run it in spring time here. And do some of the Traxxas upgrades over time as I break things haha. 👍🇨🇦. My only other Traxxas right now is a X-Maxx 8s. It’s stock other then a 17t pinion/50t spur and Proline MX badlands

That charger also charges non Traxxas batteries through that app it's pretty awesome that's what makes it badass 👍👍

Traxxas should pick up on the FPV hype train that the Emax interceptor started and start making FPV ready upgrades for their cars.
