I just had to say thank you for letting me know what is in my own back yard! I had no idea there was an Olive Atelier-like store right in High Point. I live and work in the triad and have been by this place numerous times but had no idea what was on the inside or that it was open to the public! Hi Jenna! That first store was the bomb! Wow! That store checked all the boxes for me! I was so thrilled to find one olive jar that I probably would have collapsed if I saw all of those jars sitting there! I thought the prices were reasonable. Antique shops are not thrift shops. And antique shops have gone up in price from even just a few years ago as more people seem to gravitate toward them and they are just more popular now then ever before. I have done some shopping for antiques mainly online as we really don't have any shops like that near me. Online can be even more pricier but if you look around you can still get a good deal. Timing is everything like in most shopping especially today when there seems to be less in the stores.

Loved that you were out and showing beautiful finds. I was just in High Point to furniture shop. Wish I knew about the first store you visited.

This was my favorite video of yours so far. I like real time shopping in places that are special to an area a lot. However, I also watch a lot of thrifting videos to Goodwill, etc. Retail stores are my least favorite.

My family used to own a furniture store, and two of my brothers went to High Point every year to buy for the store. I didn’t work in the family business so they refused to let me go with them, because they knew I would have gone crazy🤣. I loved everything you showed, except I have to agree Habitat for Humanity was a little disappointing.

I would be so in trouble if I lived in an area that had those kind of stores my husband would really be reminding me of his12 step program which is walk 12 steps away from what we don't need.
