Whether you are planning to handle all of your part programming at the machine tool’s control or just some of more basic tasks, utilizing the systems intuitive conversational programming will make you much more proficient. In this webinar we will have an opportunity to explore real world programming examples that will utilize the ShopMill programming interface. Amazing resource, thank you. We've just received a DMU M1 with 828D control. I'm working my way through your videos. Question: at 1:07:38, you show what looks like a sectional view in simulation. How can this be done? I haven't seen it covered yet. Thanks.

Glad you found it! It'll take some time to get used to our expanded options with the vertical and horizontal softkeys, but you'll get there!
What is the software so I can download it and follow up with you to accomplish the tutorial.

Hi there, I just wonder if I got postprocesor to Sinumerik 808DShopMill it would work for 810D ?? is that same code ?? and how many tool position can I add in Sinumerik 810D ?? such as in Hurco is 9999 positions in tool table in Fanuc 400 and in Haas 200, how many is if in Sinumerik 810D ShopMill ?? Kind reg Dan

Does it have tool point control and tracking for a 4 axis horizontal? We have a Cincinnati magnum 800 with the 950 control. Looking to upgrade.

Are you referring to setting of the work coordinate system? if so then yes. the control can probe cylinders in either an ID or OD strategy.

You can use the SUPA Command to a position
We have just recently put a mill in with this, We “removed all tools and deleted all tools” now the option new tool is not available? Any help appreciated

are you referring to the blank description? If so ZA would be the top and ZI would be the bottom of the blank.
Please, if the sound can be better i will apreciate. If i listen o tv is poor sound :(

@@MrCNC but for those who do not understand English very well some words are not clearly heard, I have to look and listen very carefully several times, nor does the subtitle help me sometimes. anyway maybe only I have this problem that I am learning to listen to a rich and full sound on an audio system
