For those who don’t know, crispys vehicle drove over a 200-pound IED in Iraq hitting the fuel tank and sending it six feet up in the air, killing one. Being in a kill zone he climbed back in the turret of the inflamed vehicle and provided cover for his teammates. After being thrown from the tank, he broke both of his femurs as well as suffering 3rd and 4th-degree burns on 75% of his body

That gun was relatively new. Theres no reason it should be malfunctioning that bad. Probably needs to finish its break in cycle. I've had my glock 20 and M&P 40 that hasn't been deep cleaned in over a year and they still run flawlessly.

@Suicide Kyd Actually, that's a thing that's in the manual. In a PTR-91K, for example, the break-in period is about 300 rounds, with barrel cleaning after every 20 rounds for the first 100 rounds.

Crispy is on a whole other level with his adaptive comedy. Always lovin the intro's.

Do you guys think he holds the rifle differently due to his injuries? I see he doesn’t grip the pistol grip and just uses his pointer.

I'm an amputee like Crispy, just not as severe. Lost my trigger and middle finger to a Jointer. Seeing him make jokes about it reminds me of joking about mine. I have nubs and I love to put one at a time in my ear or nose to get funny looks from kids. That magic trick when you use your thumb tip as index tip and move it, I pretend to drop my finger tip and ask for help finding it. My favorite is to flip you off with my middle nub saying "I got you something half off at Wallmart, I hope you like it". The hardest part about losing those fingers on my dominant hand was changing my girlfriend hand.

I had a run in with a table saw as a kid, I don’t have a middle finger, and only half a ring finger. My pointer is pretty much useless. That being said, humor about it was the only thing that kept me sane. Crispy is a true hero, and the intro was one of the best so far!

When he saved Matt from his stumble and just took control of that gun it was amazing. I would not want to be on his bad side and in front of his gun.

This was an awesome episode. Should keep this as a series. SPIN THAT WHEEL!!! Also my favorite episodes of Ranch are with Nick the reaper. You guys have a great chemistry and just seem to just have genuine fun together. Like the type of friendship with Dale and Brennan from Step Brothers with doing karate together. Someone said you guys should do a series called The Vets and think that would be hilarious. Veteran and veterinarian getting into shenanigans or even a series on the ranch.

In hunting down terrorists, our veterans discovered just how horrible the living conditions were over there. There's a reason a LOT of the stories you hear from Iraq and Afghanistan have remarks like "We had to help these people". Sacrifice is rarely "for country". In a patriotic sense, sure, but it's always about the men and women around you. Fuck the politics. You're there to do a job and when shit hits the fan, the only thing keeping you alive is the dude next to you.

This must have been my most enjoyable video of demolition ranch. I've seen Crispy on a couple podcasts, but this was my first time seeing him in action. Love the camaraderie and love amongst all three shooters. I'd love to shoot with any or all of them any time!

Crispy can shoot! Despite his handicaps. How lethal was he prior!?! He was probably our super soldier we never knew about they built in a lab somewhere and decommissioned after injury in battle, so that makes him basically like our own personal terminator t1 except better!!

Just wanted to say it’s pretty crazy I’ve watched this channel for almost 10 years. At 24 me and my 3 year old son are enjoying these videos together, he loves these videos and gives his undivided attention, he said he’s gonna ask Santa for a shotgun this year. Never stop being you man
