Mam i am confused..mam if clv1and wus both lost or muntant why there is small sam?? Means mam if clv1is lost there will be no inhibition on growth means there is big sam and other side if wus is mutant there is no growth means mam there is is small sam. And from this two condition whats should i choose mutabt wus or mutant clv1??

M'aam in mutation cases it is mentioned in the slide that in high CLV 3 causes normal function i.e. small sam but in next case it is mentioned that high clv3+●CLV1 causes big SAM. M'am but if there is mutation in ClV1 gene than Toh High CLV 3 should produce normal SAM na i.e. small SAM ma'am may uh please tell
