I don't think subtitles can take global listeners anywhere near the true essence or [at least] the beauty of such poetic lyrics, especially when it's from a different era. The language used in both songs are no more used in conversations or even curriculum writing. Only a linguist + philologist might be able to give you what you ask or [may be] AI in future. And, from Bangla to Urdu would be a much better translation than Bangla to English IMO.
