I need Folders or Playlists for the music!!!!! why did you remove this feature? Users need to skip through 1000 songs to get to the right one??? I might return the headphones.

I fully agree with this, especially considering that these headphones have much more memory. No playlists is so weird.

should be possible to transfer the files with airdrop and bluetooth. this is so outdated. you should fix that with a software

I love mine, but yeah, this is reeeeaaalllly taking me back to when I used to load podcasts on by hand nearly 20 years ago. I'm rarely going to go through all these steps. I'll load some music and maybe an audio book on it, but I'm really buying them for the 100% waterproofing. I kill my regular ones after a year of use from sweat.

Agreed. At least provide people with a usb-c head or converter since most laptops are using that now.

I’ve owned mine less than an hour and I’m sending it back. Absolutely false advertising, 20 year old tech, no support, phone answering in the Philippines. This product belongs in the 80’s.

I was able to transfer the I Tunes songs in MP4.

Why are people complaining I don't understand? It's just drag and drop MP3 files via a computer. If you can't do this then how are you going to have the patience to swim or run😂.
