Shoes has never been my thing and I really don't pay or give attention to it. But truly speaking I've learnt a lot from this video and I've decided to level up by getting and wearing the appropriate and right shoes to become elegant.

Shoe toe box shapes are designed for different foot shapes. As example ..Roman, Greek and Celtic. Not everyone can wear pointed or Almond Toed Shoes.

Haven't worn heels in years, and they look like torture instruments now! Perhaps pointed black or neutral flat pumps will be elegant instead, what do you think?

I appreciate the fact that your shoes look worn. Your shoe closet looks realistic.

Lost of those same luxury brands make punted-toe elegant flats. Sam Edelman makes lots of affordable stylish flats.

Naturalizer & Lifestride have nice, comfy, classic flats. They also make shoes with kitten heels, if you can wear a 2" -- 2.5" heel comfortably

Loafers!! Nothing can beat a classic quality loafer. They can be dressed up or down, smooth, suede or patent leather. You can just slip them on and they go with trousers and dresses. They come very flat or you can find them with various heights.

What about flat shoes for those who can't wear heels.

Flats are fine. Especially good quality flats. I wear them almost everyday with a nice dress and hand bag.

My friend had uggs and her puppy would growl and attack her uggs boots, It was so cute, but I think the puppy would see it as bear paw . Anyhow, she stopped wearing them cuz of her puppy reaction

There is nothing elegant about a mini skirt.

Platforms, as shown, are great for a more petite woman to wear under wide or flowing trousers. They will add height but the trousers will hide the size of the platform.

I like the look of heels but can't walk in them, so I wear lots of ballerina flats. They won't do for formal occasions, though.

I have a very bad back and bad knees, I can't wear heels, but I do like wearing black flats or black ballet shoes, I thought about getting the shoes with a block heel, but I am just not sure if my back or my knees could tolerate them. I never did like the ugg boots.

I'm not able to wear heels. I have a joint replaced ankle with four pins in the flex of my right foot. What kind of shoe should I wear? I can only wear flats. Flats aren't as fancy as heels.

It's hard to find a heel that is less than 4 inches these days. What do you think about Women of Elegance and painted nails? I often take my toenail polish off to let my toenails breathe and I've had women tell me they would never be seen without painted fingernails and toe nails.

What do you think of platform with block heels? I personally like the look with boots and sandals especially because I’m 5’1.

Wearing 4 inch heels and any higher at work is considered as looking sexual, Your heels shouldn’t be at least 4 inches high when you’re in a business setting., it begins to look too sexual and sometimes I don’t take you serious when your heels are too high for the corporate world, you never want to present yourself as looking too sexy there’s too many problems, some time on the job already with some of the men not taking you serious, so we were educated on not wearing heels to high specially stilettos they’re not for the office setting, you have to ask yourself what are you putting out there. Excellent video.

Great ideas. What about flats?

The platform shoes just seem clumsy, I'd be worried about turning my ankle & there's no way I'm going through ankle surgery & recovery again, it was bad enough the first time... (I fell off a wobbly kitchen stool that I was standing on to hang a picture & destroyed my talas bone so PLEASE, let me be your example & always use STURDY stepstools). I love my keds leather sneakers but I also love my dressier pumps, ballet flats (all pointed-toe) & kitten heel sandals. My winter boots are sorrels, we're in Wisconsin, winter boots are for function. If I do go anyplace in the winter where I have to dress nicer, I take those dressy shoes along & change them before we get out of the car.

Sorry, but something that stands out is your constant overuse of the word “ladies”. Within minutes & 32 seconds, you said “ladies” 20 time. So nearly 2 times per minute. Anna Bey does this also, and it drives me crazy. You may not be aware of this, so something you may want to work on, since you are passionate about speech. I am very surprised that loafers were not mentioned in this.
