Things I didn't find neat is that he doesn't have a hand on his fusion cannon just like in the movies

Decepticon Shockwave, Bio #38. Shockwave was a peerless Decepticon scientist with deadly efficiency and a cold devotion to logic. He was also one of the deadliest Decepticon assasins that Megatron has at his disposal. He was said by some to be the only Decepticon who could defeat Megatron in combat.

the noises the driller makes are just ORGASMIC. the driller is what woke me up in the theaters. someone tugged at my shoulder telling me Shockwave was on, I looked up and I couldn't see much. And then the driller crashed through the skyscraper. GOOD GOD. the noise it made had me jump out of my chair.

What I love the most about this, is that you can just feel the power and strength radiating off Shockwave, much like his Prime counterpart. It's just a shame he only got so much screen time in DotM.

The movies suck in character placement and removal. Jazz, Jolt, Mirage, and Lockdown also suffered the same fate, and neither of them should've been removed so quickly, in fact, Jazz should've never died at all. And no, it's not because he's a Pontiac btw. Ratchet is a Hummer, so there is absolutely no excuse for that. Unlike Jazz, he was the second strongest character on the team, he was second in command after Optimus Prime, and he was the fastest in the entire films. (and still is) And Megatron was fucking HUGE compared to Optimus in the first movie, so of course it made Jazz and Bumblebee look tiny compared to him at the time, but if Jazz was still alive, he would be more than half the size close to DOTM Megatron.

Seeing this Shockwave animation gave me CHILLS. Well done.

This is my favorite of the Bay redesigns, it made Shockwave a beast rather than the casual planner in the background. Bay’s version is why I love this character. That’s the only thing he did better though tbh.

The reason Optimus was so brutal with taking out Shockwave in DOTM is because before the events of the movie Shockwave killed Elita-one by stomping on her, this made Optimus very emotional and out for blood (Energon).

He didn't. According to the video description, he designed the alternate mode based on the DOTM toy.

Orso you are the best animator I have ever seen. When I came to the homepage and when I saw Shockwave I knew I wanted to see it. I also find it ironic that I brought down my Transformers Prime Beast Hunters voyager class Shockwave downstairs with me and I was going to mess around with it but I wanted to watch a video and I stumbled upon your new Transformers Short Flash Shockwave. I would probably call this day Shockwave Day.

Osro. This is your best flash since Devastator and Megatron V2. This one video has so much character in him.

Anticipating some Age of Extinction animations form you. In particular Optimus and Galvatron, and probably Lockdown, I mean, come on, you gotta do gunface!

Yeah he has the brains to be the villain and even though starscream is SIC shockwave comments on how he's not surprised that starscream couldn't take out an inferior being meaning sam. Him being the scientist means nothing. We know starscream is bumbling but I wonder how dotm would've went with shockwave in command. He looks like someone who would get things done the first time around and be more in control then following someone else's orders to me and some other people I find out think so too. 😊
