I loved his intro wind up which I suspect was intentionally placed to put the judges on edge: "I'll start with a joke; seems a good idea." Here is a highly-experienced, hard-working comedian, with loads of Edinburgh credentials, and who has headlined all over the place. Landed the gags perfectly, as he always does. Predictably, some of the media have picked up on a couple of negative social media comments and blown them into an over-sized story, but who cares what they say? Good stuff!

Nice to see all four Judges agreeing and lately positive vibes. Great comedian too

He has natural timing, which is hard to teach. Clever original humor. Look forward to seeing his next performance.

This is why you should never judge a book by its cover. We do that way to much throughout our lives with mount noticing it by fault of our own: what we really miss out on is pure talent like him and others try to show us.

@@aarde7036 What reason? Ask the people from the audience that were judging him before he started his act. Literal eyerolls when he said he believes he can win and guys making his fun of his outfit. OP never once said there anything wrong with his cover, just pointing out people that were being judgemental and doubting the dude before he even started his performance.

Yeah, he's got eclectic style and impeccable timing.

Finally a comedian on this series, and a good one too! :) I hope to see more comedians in this series, so far it’s just been big groups of people dancing and singing.

The last joke about the middle class Englishman, was downright hilarious.

So Glad He Nailed It After They We’re Judging Him Before The Act, Really Jumped The Gun On Him, No Pun Intended 🤣

When BGT began it was about finding raw amateur talent. However given the fact of the level of deluded loonies who've appeared on the auditions since 2008, the producers - and Cowell - have had to resort in finding semi-pro's for the heats to boost and retain viewers. There's probably quite a number of good raw stand-ups in the UK who've lost a spot on tv to Birdman

It was his dream to get on that stage from his young age, and he created a special song for this event, And he said that is an honor to be there , prepared for a good show. yeah absolutely me and my wife use to watch the BGT alot. I’ve been married for 32years I was 24 and she was 20. She got cancer in 2020 I was totally lost without her. She took a major hit the treatment was horrible for her. I could do nothing to change any thing so I felt helpless.. I miss her everyday. Mothers are the glue that holds everyone together. seeing this makes me miss her even more I come to this page all the time just to have that nostalgia
