Hahaa.............I joined IT as a database developer at age 40, married at age 17 years, housewife! After 13 years of educational gap, started to do distance education. Bachelor of Arts AND MSc IT. In these 13 years was as a nursery teacher, telephone operator, clerk jobs, call center in UK shift. Took time off for One full year for dedicated study in Database technology and applied for IT companies. Got employed, upskilled from on-prem to Cloud technologies. I am 56 and still code, technical lead, study & learn........... and will continue......... for many years to come!

Worked until 30 in CTS, then moved to product companies. From there to Amazon and now at Google. Been here a few years and now i am 41 and still code everyday at work.

Bro you can. I was in Non IT for 8 yrs. Then i learned Selenium and java for automation testing and placed in CTS. All you need to learn dedicated and passionately.

But when you go with institutions like odinschool, almabetter, trendy tech etc it matters. They are collaborating with so many MNC's startups so they can provide job assistance.

Hi, I have completed BA through School of Open learning and now doing Full stack Developer certification. Will companies will prefer me or not?!
