I'm new here and loved this video. I too have a room like this. I have littles and don't have time for an all day declutter but am slowly making progress. Amazing how much better we feel when we declutter.

great job! I just updated and refreshed my grandson's bedroom here for his visit next week. He went from age 5 living here during the beginning of the pandemic to 7 1/2 now. All the toddler bedding is gone and the room grew up. he's so excited to see his new space. And I had such fun!

Mandy, you can get the microfiber sheet sets by mainstays and the comforter for so much cheaper and the feel is softer. You did an amazing job with this transformation! Little ones grow up so quickly! Love the fact that you were able to repurpose things and give it a "grown up" feel.

@@MandyFloresCleaning I have them in the solid colors for the trundle day bed I keep for when the grandchildren spend the night. They hold up so well! I bought each grandchild a set for at home too. 😂My grandchildren definitely want their comforts! They actually ask for throws, pillows, etc. and do mini makeovers of their own using different accessories! Rotating your decor helps keep everything "new" and fresh.

Wow! That really is a beautiful room. I love it. Sometimes one room can really make the home feel heavy and once it's done it's amazing how the house is feels like it's floating. Well done Mandy, I'm so proud of you, from one independent girl to another. Since my partner got COVID and now struggling with things related, I have had to learn skills that I never thought I could do, but 'The purse' tells you what you have to learn sometimes. Haha

Absolutely love these videos. Especially when they're on a budget and you repurpose things like you are. Oh my gosh ..the piggy banks and Lava lamps 🥰😍. Holy moly..does sound like Ruben's job gives out way too many jackets 🤣. The white bedroom furniture is nice...makes the room look nice and bright. The sheer curtains were a good choice. Amazing work on this room!

Wow I envy you on how easy it seems for you to just grab a trash bag and fill it with pretty much everything you find around without thinking 10 minutes by each single items as I would do specially with any clothes that can't be donated or nicer paper clutter like magazines, catalogs or even some store flyers 🤣 I hope you'll need to go through those one day as it's not common things to see get decluttered.

I’ve been redoing every room in the last 6 months. Lost fiancé 11 months ago. I chose an want to stay in what was to be our home. An to finish the reminder we had started 2 years prior. I’m down to the master bedroom an struggling there. I know I need to go thru but really struggling. With anniversary coming up so soon now next month. I don’t want to be trigger back into depression, therapist thinks it will help. I heard u say u relived memories When child was younger an u said that was good. But….. have u ever advised on this on a deep clean? Pretty deep I guess after rereading I’m sorry but I’m never going to know if I don’t ask rather than to feel crazy all the time. I still have his celebration of life pictures up on my walls to see him nightly an mornings. (It was very unexpected sudden passing)

You got this Pam!! I have always been the type of person to keep things, things that most people wouldn't, only because they give me such good memories. I have found that I can't keep everything or else I will become overwhelmed! I like to go through and declutter at times and hold an object, think of that memory, and let it go. I will always have those memories, but do I need to keep a sticker? Or a tshirt or post card? All of those things just add up. I am so very sorry for your loss, I can't even imagine the hurt you are feeling.
