Hi Joel I have been watching your,Channel for a while now. I'm not a member, sorry! Now I am about to take the plunge into blogging to promote the company we've formed. I'm an education consultant and would like to ask your advice about your success? I won't type it all here. How do we start? And how do we get noticed? And how do I make my blogs look natural. That is what you are good at, even when you film what you describe as a dull week, still looks really good. I really would value your advice. Currently, I live in Moscow, Russia and have lived for at least 6yrs. If you and keegan ever get the chance, obviously when things settle, you come we would gladly show you this beautiful city and endlessly fascinating country. If you are able to respond, then I will look forward to it.

I loved this "boring" vlog because it wasn't boring. It was very low-key, slow-paced and relaxing to watch. There was a vlog where you ran errands about town, then cleaned the house, picked up Tayla & drove her to sport or a class, then cooked and finally watched TV with the family. That vlog seemed so busy that I was anxious about my life and all the things I needed to be doing or had avoided. That vlog was stressful for me. This one was like a needed "Netflix & chill" kind of vibe, especially since I watched it at 8:45AM in Boston, Massachusetts. It was a relaxing way to ease into my morning. Thank you.

I live in America and l can tell you a new release at B n N is around $30. Half Price Books, you guessed it $14.99 for one of their new arrivals. From $12.99 down to $3.99 for used or out for awhile. Depends on cover and quality. Books a Million is basically done.

Yay! We have a Debbie cameo!!! I love her! I get the whole shopping thing for food when kids are older! My word its like feeding 6 kids when there are only 2! Especially teen boys. My brother has 4 boys all 2 yrs apart. They are older now, but gosh cooking dinner was like cooking for a small restaurant! 😂😂😂 So glad you have all your books now and can happily read on your merry way! Thanks for letting us come along. Always ❤

Awwww Joel.....I love how Fen has accepted you as part of the family.......how he sat patiently whilst Ava was giving you kisses & then he snuck under the blanket was just adorable... both beautiful dogs ❣️. Your wrist looks sore bub....may I make a suggestion.....try sudacreme on it as that was great when I had blisters where buckle from watch strap had made skin red raw, plus it acts as a barrier when wet.....after all moms swear by it as nappy cream......give it ago & see what you think.....a little goes along way too 🤞🏼. Enjoy your books. Great vlog by the way 👍🏻 x

Joel, I know the "pain" of the children not having the same end times. When our 2 girls were in different schools I got to work from home instead of the office 1 day a week. From 3pm to 6 or 7 was CRAZY. It went something like this: Pick up the oldest from school. Then 20 minutes later pick up the youngest from school. 20 minutes later drop oldest off for sports practice. 20 minutes after that drop youngest at dance. 20 minutes later pick oldest up from practice. Final pick up an hour after that. Try to not fall behind with work AND have dinner ready by the time of the last pick up! It was only that fall school term and all the locations were only 1 mile, maybe 1.5 away. But seemed like all I did was drive that loop! Enjoy. They will be off at uni.

We're having what's being called an atmospheric river weather event i sent a video to family friends yesterday of a major freeway in Los Angeles, the 710 in Long Beach that was flooded and cars were driving through the water. There shoul$ lots of green grass and pretty flowers 🌷🌹 sprouting up in the next month or so with all of this rain.

Great vlog, not boring. Thank you for taking us. Glad you're wrist is healing and you've got warm travels soon. So glad you're enjoying the TOG series, I loved it, and how fun to get in on the new release excitement. Yes books here are rediculous prices, which is why I end up doing audio. Especially if they are read by a good narrator, bonus if they've got a great voice like yours. Fen DNA was great to watch your reactions and learn that. He's so cute burrowing under the blankets and snuggling with Ava. Loved a Debbie cameo and can't wait to hear about your sitcom. If it doesn't go, I'd buy a copy of the manuscript.

I agree that you should be an audible book narrator. I listen to a lot of recorded books and I am very particular about the narrator. One of my favorites is Iggy Toma. I will listen to a book just because of him. You would be great at it and I love your voice. Just a thought. Also, Duncan Donuts should sponsor you for as much as you mention them on your channel.

@@TheJoelWood and @pollyduron674: I used to drive long trips for a living and I fell in love listening to audiobooks. Anyone that reads this and thinks they might like to listen to audiobooks, please try to get your books in the unabridged version, that way you get the whole book not just parts of it. I also agree with many other people on here Joel. I think you would be fantastic being the voice for audio books. I know from one of your other blogs you said your not sure if you want to do them due to the low pay that the voice actor gets for doing them. I personally think you have the perfect voice for them, the right tone, the right inflection and the perfect pitch. I hope one day you'll get the chance to do an audio book that you really like. I hope both of you and your families have a wonderful weekend

@joelwood Just curious as to why you are hanging onto your London house as opposed to seeling it to give you more borrowing power for the house you and Keegan want. I assume because you made a committment to Lucy that the two of you would hang onto it for X number of years.

Parking in Leeds is so expensive. I take the bus from Wakefield when I go into Leeds. £2.00 bargain!

I have a lot of trouble with deliveries as well. Here in the states FedEx is the worst offender. When ordering I always look to see who will deliver the item. If it's FedEx I'll go back on line and try and find the same item delivered by another company. PS: your vlogs are never boring.

I only buy magazines at Barnes and Noble because they’re the only place I can get good British home mags. Otherwise we buy books cheaper on line.😊

How about write the book, then if your still inspired, turn it into a screenplay. Best of both worlds💕

Any wound on our skin should have antibiotic ointment applied to it at least once because this simple step kills any flesh eating bacteria that might be present.

Why ARE books more expensive here in the US? I get them as digital downloads on my Kindle, and they're still more expensive than what you said in the UK. I would read loads more if they were that cheap.

If you are interested, I’ve heard there are products you can give your dog to stop them wanting to eat cow poo. Make sure it’s not the kind to deter them from eating their own poop, which I don’t think would work if she’s eating cow poo 💩

You should stack up all the books you read and see how many trees it cost.
