    I am 60 years old. I have tried all kinds of cardio to lose weight, but I didn't see the results i wanted. It's only when I started doing your workouts that I saw a transformation. I have been sick for 6 months and put some weight back on. It's hard to get back into the routine, but i know i can count on your wonderful workouts to get me back in shape.     I was already doing @Chloe's workouts since 2020 and now it's been a few months since I have included my husband in this too. Earlier, he would do some other workouts but that didn't last him in the long run. Now me and my husband, with @Chloe's workout routine and a personalized diet have made our life so much better!     Chloe, I used to watch your videos often, especially those amazing transformation ones, but never found the motivation. Now I finally started, am half way through the 2021 two weeks shred challenge. Even though there are exercises I'm unable to do due to arm injury, I keep up with the schedule and try to substitute them with something easier on the arms. I've just quit a toxic job, started working on my mental health and now, with my wedding (yay!) 4 months away, it's time to change the activity habits as well. I never thought I would enjoy sweating haha ❤ the confidence boost is amazing

    @@atrapforfools I completed it! While my weight did not change much, I did notice changes in body composition and got slightly better defined midsection. Which is great, my clothes just fit better now. Still a long way to go, so the 2023 hourglass challenge is next on the list! I also noticed that I don't slouch so much and got into the habit of drinking water (I usually only drank like two coffees and maybe a single glass of water daily). Thank you for asking and caring

    It's been a long time since you put out these transformation videos! So glad to watch it after so long! My current goal is also consistency & yeah i struggle with it but I'm still pushing through. And I'm really glad that I'm doing pretty good as of now 🥰 I can already feel myself getting stronger. I'm not going down on scale or measurements but that's fine. Strength is what i crave more. Thank you so much Chloe for your videos ❤️ My life literally changed after i started doing your workouts! PS: *I think* the next challenge is a 2 Weeks Shred Challenge 🤭 I'm probably wrong but it'll be fun if I'm right. Either way it'll be fun! 🤗

    I don't normally comment on these videos but!! I just wanna say that over the past 3 years that I've been doing various Chloe Tings workouts I am so so much happier, healthier and fitter. I've done so many of her programmes over and over weights, body weight you name it. I just wanna say a huuuuge thankyou to you Chloe and this amazing community because its helped me commit and to keep going and be the healthier person I still wanna be!     I’ve just finished the 2020 2 week shred and it was a lot of fun! It was nice to go from not being able to do the trickier exercises at the beginning to being able to do them for the full duration after the 2 weeks! I’ve been lifting weights less just due to fatigue and the body weight workouts being easier to fit in and now I’m taking a rest before vacation in a few days (sneaking the odd ab workout in because I find them fun!) before coming back at it fresh with a different Chloe Ting programme ❤❤

    I identify with the third person, i've been doing your workouts constantly for 6 months and even when I see and feel small results, they're not so telling on the outside. I get sick constantly, usually have bad sleep (external factors, if it is for me i would fall like a tree for 10 hours) and have migrains half the week because of that, and I take it gently. If I only can do 1 session in the week, that would do, and if I can or have to go outside, walk as much as I can. Your programs and videos being accesible are what keep me into, there's variety and the new stuff comes with time in between so i don't feel pressured or overwhelmed❤

    Hi, Chloe. Based on the channel you showed I understood that you exist and I'm motivated to start workout. I'm usually one hour every morning training in my cross-trainer before I go to work. Since next week I will start with one of your challenges after work. I'm 108 kg now and I want to be again 68 as I was 15 years ago. I shall include my daughter in the process and it will be fun.

    That's what I need a lot of motivation. I was hesitant to pursue this journey since I lost almost any weight after 2 challenges and made some efforts on my diet. I even gained some (and no, it's not muscles 😅). It was always so easy for me to lose weight, so it makes me so frustrated... But I feel more toned, strong... So think I have to give myself more time and just enjoy it, because I really enjoy these workouts 😊 Thank you, Chloe, to be you ❤️

    I have been following ur workout since late 2021 and i am still doing it now too... And i am sooo excited for the 2023 hourglass challenge. The hourglass challenges are my favoriteee.     the last one gave me an idea! i have a very disabling chronic illness, which made my first attempts to follow one of your program unfortunately impossible and i have to give up on it after only 2 days v_v but thinking about instead of making a full workout everyday, i could make the warm up + one video + the cooldown per day and so doing a "one day workout" all through a week. I want to try it out this way and see if it's more sustainable for me, because even if my illness was an obstacle, the videos you make Chloe are still the best workout I've ever done. Thank you for all you did and do !Wish you a good year 2024 !

    I've never shared this with anyone not even my friends, but i think i kinda feel safe here and feel related to you guys atp. I really hate the way i am right now, feeling fat and insecure. I always want to cry whenever i try on new clothes or wear my clothes, bcs they always get stuck on my body and they are small or when i walk i can feel all those fat in my body and i feel really insecure even when I'm just walking even at home. I feel frustrated whenever my favorite clothes don't fit me. Everyone says be confident, not everyone thinks the ways you think of yourself or fake it till you make it but that really makes me mad sometimes bcs i did everything in my power. I faked it and acted confident, or tried to think that I'm not fat and it's normal and even praised myself i did everything people told me online. But it didn't work bcs everytime i wear clothes, look at the mirror or look back at the pics i took with my friends, or even while sitting, walking and just existing i felt insecure. And that made me eat even more. It's my fault too i ate too unhealthy and got addicted on my phone instead of moving and exercising and while watching dramas i ate smth. And now here i am feeling the same insecure again. So i decided to change it. I'm going to work out and eat healthy bcs not only my outside and inside is also in a bad condition. I try to have a healthy mindset even tho it's the hardest when you are aiming to lose weight. But I'll still try this time i won't give up I'm the middle. Idk why i wrote those but with all those frustration i felt like telling these to smn. My friends probably won't understand cuz they can't relate and after telling them these i feel worse cuz they can't say anything but i look good and no need to be insecure. I can't blame them but it make me feel frustrated I hope you will not hate on my bcs i wrote all of these nonsense.

    I can relate and you can do this !! i will never know exactly how u feel and no one will but I relate to all of what you are saying and am trying to be my best self currently too….it’s challenging being so young and sooooo insecure but we can do this.     I like all before and after videos, but the last girl in that video was so passionate and happy with her results. Her words show so much wisdom and I completely agree that in case you put too high effort in the beggining of your fitness jurney you are more likely to drop it along the way. It would be too hard to stay consistent. So be prowd of yourself no matter where you currently are. Just don't give up! ❤

    i started doing your exercises in 2020 then i stopped, and august of last year i restarted it, i saw a lot of progress in my body and was very happy, but then my mom got sick and died in march and i just couldn’t get myself to do anything at the moment, now i’m trying to get back at my feet, i started the 2023 challenge, sometimes i change the work out, instead of doing one for booty i do for abs, or to one that i can do in the day, like today was really hard, i miss her a lot, so i did one simpler, that’s my history, never give up guys, we can do it and do it the way it makes you feel good

    I have also finished my shred challenge 28 days 2020, but haven’t shown to Chloe yet. But i would say that those exercises are really worked. I will keep doing my next workout challenge until I get the best results. Thank so much big sis Chloe ❤❤ luv u.

    The fact that you still provide us free workouts restores my faith that there are people who believe in acts of service and not greedily eyeing on every opportunity to make money. I mean I have seen almost all the creators..after building certain of subscribers, they start concentrating less on free workouts and more on payable content. Of course they should start their business but very few can afford them and it disheartens people and have a sense of fomo. Thanks Chloe...just thanks!

    About 2years ago I was following your workout and my body was banging but ending of 2022 I stopped working out and started eating dirty I let my self go 😢 but as long there is life I can always start again, so yeah I started following your workout again early this month plus intermittent fasting and I'm loving it , I will be back after 2 months to tell you guys how far I have gone ,wish me luck guys 🤞😁
