I don't understand why this case is't being heard before the hush money case. If the judge doesn't want to hear this case, why don't they appoint a different judge who wants to do there job. In my opinion he should have been taken into jail on January 6th. Anyone else would have been. He wouldn't be playing this delay tactic if he would have had to bail himself out. The judge doesn't _not_ want to hear the case; she wants to _delay_ the case past the election, when - if Trump wins - he can then pardon himself. She doesn't want to give the case to someone else, she wants to control the timeline and pace of its progress. Regarding clapping him in a cell on Jan 6th, completely understand your exasperation, but the reality is he's _not_ anyone else, hence his not being treated like anyone else. 🍊⚖

Drop the Florida case. Turn all records over to the DC office and charge there. This case could easily be moved under Section 1404(a), title 28 (change of venue). Of course we aren’t being told that or that the case can be dropped and refilled in another district because the media (both “sides”) helps the government with their smoke & mirrors and breads & circuses.

As Americans, regardless of your political affiliation, wouldn’t you want your nations and most highly guarded secrets kept safe? I can’t even imagine an argument for the contrary.

I agree. He knew what he was doing was illegal, which is why he ignored the subpoena and had the boxes moved around. Honesty does not require such furtive actions.
